Best Western Plus Ellensburg Hotel

Well maintained property, everyone was very nice. The front desk helped me with printing a document when the printer in the business center was out of toner.

Drapes don't overlap when they close, letting a slice of bright sunlight in. We stayed right around the time of the summer solstice, so the sun was up shortly after 5am. I didn't necessarily want to be. Also, there are train tracks nearby and a couple of trains went by during the night, blowing their horns.

The room was very clean and was huuuge! Biggest room I've ever seen at a hotel. Staff was more than pleasant. There were plenty of vending machine snacks. The beds were comfortable! It was also in a great location.

Negatives were the lump in the bathtub. Kinda made me feel off balance standing in it. The eggs at breakfast were the worst thing I'd ever had in my life, and lastly, there were no USB ports for charging.

The staff has excellent customer service. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was a little more than just continental.

There was a strong urine smell in the bathroom that we could not figure out where it was originating from except the bathroom. The water pressure was nonexistent. All of the surfaces were not clean & nothing had been cleaned underneath. The view was of the roof … Being on the 2nd floor it was really hard to keep the room a steady temperature.

Good location with quick access to freeway and food. Spacious room. Good breakfast.

Room service came by around 9:45 as we were relaxing… thought that was a little early.

Great facilities, was nice to have some breakfast options, and great location. Wonderful to have quiet spacious room AC with king size bed. Affordable. Easy parking. I loved having the pool and hot tub.

The only thing that occurred to us.... It seemed silly the the only available cups were these styrofoam cups contained inside of a plastic bag. We are totally understanding that this might have to do with covid and that cheap glass breaks and could be dangerous but this practice honestly seemed very wasteful and not eco friendly at all. It seemed silly to us that we could not even have access to a nice best western mug to drink a beer out of??? That is all.

Clean facility, great pool and the bed/pillows were surprisingly very comfortable. Everything was nice

Breakfast was decent, although a lot of stuff was low or had run out by 7:30am (they open it at 7am) they just needed to be more attentive to keeping food stocked etc.

Great hotel. Clean, quiet room with all the amenities and hygiene products I needed. Impressive selection at breakfast, and a nice pool and hot tub. It is obvious they want their guests to have a good experience. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Clean bathrooms. Roomy rooms. Quick access to the freeway. Nice amenities. Overall a solid little place. Has been one of the most consistent hotel experiences over 5 years as a place to stay for the Gorge.

Breakfast eggs are still terrible.

It was exactly what you expect from a Best Western. A nice standard. The room was big and clean.

The breakfast wasn't the best I've had at a Best Western. The juice was pretty empty, the pastries were gone (at 8 am!) and the eggs were just kinda meh.

Kaylie at the front desk was super accommodating and responsive. We weren’t expecting an early check in but she called right away when the room was done after our request. We were on bicycles and needed a place to put all our gear before the rodeo. It made a big difference to come into town to such helpful staff at the hotel.
