Quality Inn near Suncadia Resort

This was the first hotel for our trip to the Yellowstone natinal park. We had a great stay at this town! The hotel room we stayed(rm110) was very spacious and we used the sink  and the counter so well! The room also has a microwave which was a big plus! Room was very quiet but there was a train passing at 4 a.m.. It was surprising at first and very nostalgic afterwards. It has been awhile since I heard a train horn. Place was clean and well managed,  the breakfast has waffles that you can make yourself. There was a comment about the young man at the being rude. He was there at 6 am for breakfast and he was there at 9 pm when we checked In the day before. That would make anyone a little temperamental but he was really nice to me. The carwash across the street and the Red arrows' caramel milkshake are highly recommended 👌 👍

Toilet us very low and small and the shower wall was broken.

The place is well located for further visit in the surroundings. The restaurant on the other side of the road is also an advantage. The hotel is appropriate for a one-night stay.

The prise is quite high and with a high variability compared to the colleagues who stayed with me at the same hotel for the same night.

it was nice located downtown Cle Elum

it could have used a deeper cleaning. there was dog food on the floor and smelled like dog. Staff was friendly but didn’t seem like they cared.

Came over for a family wedding. Checked in late and was exhausted when I got there. The man at the front desk was very friendly and had all of my paperwork ready for me. Made the process quick and got me out the door in minutes.

No USB ports to charge my cell phone.

It was a great hotel, and the room was very clean. Super comfy beds, towels super soft and the couple who owned/ran it were very kind and friendly!

It was mildly inconvenient and not many options for the area, so the price was a little excessive considering that people obviously didn't have much to pick from so I feel it was a bit taken advantage of.

The rooms are nice, and the town is nice

It was sad that the previous manager had to go. However the new manager takes his job very seriously and has kept the high standard of maintenance.

Being at the front of the hotel was nice as we didn't hear the train noise that you hear in the back.

We were at the end of town so we had to shop at a minimart or drive to get groceries.

Most things … clean, quiet, decent sized room, friendly staff, free parking, good price, Great hotel, super clean, Breakfast was amazing I like that it was across the street from a really good restaurant,

Owner/manager was very gracious & helpful in providing rooms that accommodated our special needs, in spite of us not articulating these during the reservation process. This occurred despite his being nearly to capacity and short staffed due to a fires near the community shutting down the interstate for a bit. Hard to find this kind of customer service. Wonderful man.

The location was perfect for our stay. everything was very clean. liked that you needed a key card to get in everywhere, felt safe. beds are comfy!

It was hot inside the lobby when we arrived and the room was a little smelly when we turned on the AC but it did go away. ice maker was out of order on our floor and the walk to the other one was pretty long.
