Absolutely awesome suite, comfortable, a balcony overlooking the main square, great rooms and bathrooms, a functional kitchen, I really liked it and really loved the pillows. They had an elevator to go up to the floor that is hidden behind a store not related to the hotel that I know of.

It was pure hell trying to figure out how to get to the room. I was looking for an entrance and couldn't find it. Saw doors with coded locks but wasn't really sure if that was the access. After about an half hour we went around to the back and ran into an employee of the store in the front and they showed us where to go. Then we had to figure out how to unlock the door, and once we figured that out then we couldn't get the door to the room open and again luckily the housekeeper came to our rescue. Once all of that was done it went well, but we couldn't figure out how to call for assistance or where the main hotel if there is one is. Not having someplace to see someone or to get assistance is very nerve wracking.

Great location. We were able to walk everywhere in down town. The room was comfortable, and having the kitchenette was nice.

We hab a problem with our toilet overflowing. We called the after hours help line and no one answered. It was fixes early in the morning when they got the messages we left, but we had a flooded bathroom for the night. There were noisy children in the room next door, running up and down the hall early in the morning.

Awesome location, beautiful updated apartment. Lots of pictures online available. Although no closet in the 2nd bedroom, a 2nd bathroom in that bedroom was a bonus. That being said, that bathroom is the only other bathroom outside of the main bedroom bathroom. Nice selection of kitchen dishes and all things kitchen, coffee maker is not single cup style but they provided free coffee. Electric fireplace provides nice ambiance without any hassle or danger of burning wood. Alma is the room with the balcony, right across from the town gazebo. Truly a magical experience for us!

Could have used paper towels and another reading light in the living room.

We were right in the heart of Leavenworth! We really enjoyed sitting on our private balcony and taking in the view of town & the countryside. Plus, we watched and listened to a concert going on across the street in the gazebo. Our room was so clean, great house keeping! The two bedrooms each had their own full bathroom which was wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus, a full size refrigerator and range. We will be back!

There are no windows in the bedrooms which is a little strange. A ceiling fan and a window would be nicer. They do have a small fan you can plug in to circulate the air which was appreciated! We still loved this place!

The room was very clean and worked well for our needs. The small kitchen had plates, cups and utensils which we used as we ordered meals to go and ate in the room.

One big concern was that after we booked, we looked more closely at photos of the room and had concern there was no window. We called and they informed us a window was added and the photos were outdated. The room did have a window so the photos should be updated.

Really great location! In the middle of everything. Very spacious accommodations and very clean. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful view from balcony and lovely electric fireplace makes it so cozy.

If I'm being super picky, it would be nice to have a roll of paper towel. Visitors just need to know that if they will be cooking they will want to ensure they bring all ingredients. While it feels a bit like an airbnb/vrbo as opposed to a hotel, you should not expect any seasonings, cooking oil, paper towel, aluminum foil, or anything like that to be included. Also, if 2 people showering at same time the hot water will be sketchy (sometimes hot/sometimes cool).

Our apartment was very spacious and the location was perfect

No elevator to the apartment only the equivalent of two flights of stairs up to the entrance. This can be very frustrating when you have suitcases and other luggage to bring up to the apartment!

My family joined a couple of friends for a few days of eating and enjoying a few drinks. This location is the only place I will ever stay. The 2 bedroom with a balcony is a vacation by itself. You are right in the heart of town and may not touch your car for days.. I will be back.

This hotel is in the perfect location! It overlooks the main street where all of the action is happening. The elevator takes you to either the Soup Cellar where you can get awesome burgers and soup, or a cute little shop that lets you cut through to the street.

The entrance is in the back and if they didn't provide you with detailed instructions on where to park and how to find the entrance it would not be obvious but since they know this and as a result provide you with those instructions its more of a mild annoyance than a real problem.

A very convenient location, good parking, well-appointed efficiency studio. Big bathroom with double sinks.

A small door mat would be very useful for boots in winter, to keep the entry tile dry.
