Hampton Inn & Suites Leavenworth

It was about a 5 minute walk to Safeway and a 10 minute walk to the Leavenworth center. Everything needed such as food, pharmacy, gas station and Leavenworth were all within perfect distance. Breakfast was delicious, good variety, clean kitchen and nice kitchen staff + all other staff :)

Bathroom doors don't close all the way. It has a noticeable gap, so we had to hang a towel for better privacy. I wish the door was gapless or that bathrooms doors had a lock. Also I feel like it would be nice if pillows were a bit more dense rather than so floppy (but my queen bed had 4, so you can stack them up) and blankets were pretty thin, would be nice if they had been thicker.

This is a nice hotel overall. I unfortunately don't remember the woman's name who works at the front desk but she was amazing. We came out of the Enchantments on a Friday morning early and she was kind enough to call us once our room was ready as well as put us on the top floor so that we didn't have kids running around over our heads (a nice consideration for us because we are a married couple with no kids).

The bed was too hard for my taste but others may feel different!

The hot buffet breakfast is amazing and served until 10! We had waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, baked goods, toast, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and more the first day. The second day had western omelettes and red potatoes, waffles, etc. It was fantastic, fresh and hot! Definitely, something for everyone! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tubs were immaculate, and a big hit with the kids! The entire hotel was very clean, and provided guests with anything you might need. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to downtown, or there is a free bus you can take that comes approximately every hour. One more bonus, it is located right next door to a Safeway if you need any last minute groceries, food or drink. Very convenient!

I prefer to book a room that has a separate bedroom from the living room, to have a little privacy when staying with children. I did not see this as an option when booking so we booked a suite, which had us all in the same room. However the room was very large and comfortable. I would still stay here anytime I’m visiting Leavenworth because of all the benefits. It is really a great hotel!

The Hampton Inn was a compromise to our original desire to stay downtown Leavenworth. We chose it because it was a newer facility and had an indoor pool and hot tub. The price was a bargain for what we received! The free breakfast was decent. The staff blew me away. Having stayed at much higher end hotels for business, I can say that the staff here went above and beyond to keep things clean, to be helpful, and to make us feel like special guests. I didn't expect to have such a great experience. They even had an EV charging spot for us to use.

The only downside of this hotel is the location if you plan to walk to downtown. It is walkable, but will take 15-20 minutes. If weather is good, this is not an issue, but you'll be tempted to drive. The location also brings benefits of easy, plentiful and free parking.

I liked everything, it was clean… which is number one regardless of rating. The staff were helpful and kind. It was a comfortable walking distance to town centre (10minutes depending on you. Even if you have challenges the walk is accessible and pretty). Safeway is right beside the hotel which was nice to get fresh snacks and drinks. My husband works out regularly, weight room was adequate for a get away. Pool was lovely… we didn’t get a chance to use it… due to a busy day! Will definitely return.

Not really anything!

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast offering was good. Plenty of parking (limited in front, but more in back) and the hotel is adjacent to a large grocery store.

Two things: 1. There were no towel bars in the washroom, only one hook on the wall, so we could not hang up our bath towels after showering. 2. I like sliding barn doors, but not as the only door at a washroom. This hotel has a rolling barn door as the (only) bathroom door. Unless you are traveling alone, don't expect much privacy from the barn door.

Great place, nice room, clean and new

I have been charge for the room twice. The first is on booking.com, second is in the hotel. I tried to contact booking.com, no answer yet. I talk to the hotel employee, she said the charge will only be made while check out, she doesn't know what is going on with booking.com. I hope someone can help me solve this for me and give me the 200 back.

Very clean. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Beds very comfortable. Seemed like the whole hotel is newer as clean and modern. Nice indoor pool and hot tub area. Bonus hot tub outside. Included help yourself basic hot breakfast (Scrambled eggs, waffles, cereals, bagels, breads, yogurts, fruits, juices and coffee station) was a nice way to start the day. Safeway is immediately next door. The centre of Leavenworth is about a 10 minute walk.

The breakfast was very good. The only improvement for us would be a different grind on the sausage links. You had the usual scrambled eggs, waffles, yogurt, pastry, bananas, coffee/tea, oatmeal was perfect w/brown sugar, a larger variety of bread would have been nice. Easy access to our room using the luggage cart. We had a problem with the TV remote and the hotel gave us additional "points" as compensation for our inconvenience. That was appreciated.

Nothing the hotel can do about this - but - it's location was a little aways from the main part of Leavenworth. If you didn't drive it was about a 15-20 minute walk to reach the center of town.

Service, welcoming lobby that was very comfortable. The pool and fitness room were kept very tidy even though it was not a busy time.

I enjoyed everything. The only thing I would change would be slightly in access ability. I am a little person (dwarf). There were several times that my husband had to reach something for me. Example: In the breakfast area I could not reach coffee cups or napkins. Simple things like that are easy to forget about but it would have made my stay almost perfect.
