Clean, safe and convenient. Location was very close to city center.

Was a slight mixup in regards as to which suite was assigned for our stay. Normally would not matter to me but the suite was advertised as having a view of the city center and mountain. The suite we were put in ultimately was different than what was reserved on confirmation email and did not have a view. The view was of the roof of the building next door and the tree in-between the buildings. Noticed had we stayed in the suite on the confirmation we would have had the view as advertised. Other than that the staff was great the room was wonderful will definitely reccomend and likely to book in the future.

The room was amazing. Loved the shower and all the space the room provided. Loved being able to buy a bottle of wine and dessert in town and then enjoy it on our own private patio.

A TV in the bedroom would be nice as the furniture in the living room area was not very cozy. We couldn't figure out how to turn the hallway light off. It was fine though as we just closed the bedroom door.

The bed was very comfortable. Great location, very close to the main shop area and everything I wanted to do. Enjoyed the waterfront walking paths along the Wenatchee River.

It would have been nice to have a microwave oven. One of the doors was squeaky - wouldn't hurt to WD-40 them from time to time.

The location out of the balcony window viewing the mountains was breath taking

The parking was a slight issue when checking in. Due to road work on one side of the back street it wasn’t accessible due to multiple construction vehicles and the opposite side had a huge chink of ice and snow the plow left on top of the hill that our vehicle we were driving could not clear

There was a wonderful view of the mountians, town and area. We were close enough to everything to walk to the river and shops but tucked away to feel like a spa retreat with the jet tub and the sauna downstairs. Everything was very clean and since it was contactless, and only a few rooms, I felt very Covid safe. It was our first trip since it all and we Has a very nice and safe time. Loved it and wold highly recommend!!

Snacks in Room maybe?

My first time being in leavenworth, loved it, loved the location, the atmosphere, the room was beautiful looked just like the pictures and what I expected, it was a very beautiful suite.

We had arrived late at night when it was dark, somehow I misread where we had to park, so we pulled into a parking lot down below, wasn't marked, so when we got up in the morning to check out, someone was parked blocking us in, we went downstairs and the lady who was standing in that parking lot, said she had called for a tow truck , :/ because we were parked in a pay lot, which I didn't notice, with it being late, and my first time visiting leavenworth, so she threatened to call the cops, and we had to pay $40.. for what I'm not sure, when she could have explained and then said next time you could.. like make a suggestion and let us leave, so I was very frustrated about that.

Location was great, room was very large

The air conditioner in our room was broken so a portable air conditioner was installed. It wasn’t effective in cooling the room well, so it was very hot and muggy. Parking was also a little tough. We had a full sized pick up truck that barely fit

The spacious rooms were very nice, has three bath rooms, no waiting or tripping over each other when getting ready, large kitchen and living space, the place was very clean and new, had dishes to cook with and no one bothered us the hole time, beautiful view of the mountains from the deck, was walking distance to most places we went the steam shower was amazing!

We got in late and decided to make the most of are stay, by checking out the steam shower and whirl pool tub, the tubs heater did not work so the water got cold faster than a regular bath, when done, the tubs bubbles would not shut off and we had a problem figuring out all shower handles, need to be pulled out for on and pushed in for off and the switch for the fire place is on the top right rear of the fire place and needs to be held in the spring loaded position up to light. made us feel frustrated, stressed and stupid, was thinking we would need to call at 3AM to get the tub to shut off, but after googling guess it needs to blow dry after use? The pool is dry it has a picture of water in it. We don't like the 11 am check out, was thinking a late afternoon would be more relaxing.

The location was great. It was a block off the Main Street so it was quiet but so convenient to get to and from. Our room was spacious and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed an extra night to take advantage of the soaking pool and jet tub. The staff was great too! Friendly and responded quickly each time I reached out.

Everything about the stay was perfect. It was a quick walk to the strip but just far enough to avoid any noise. Very quite, very clean, and very nice room.

Nothing really. The only thing I would change is staying an extra night!
