The showers I took were wonderful-what great water pressure! The bed was quite comfortable and once I got the hang of running the TV with the remote, no worries! I did not avail myself of the microwave, refrigerator, or other furniture in the room. And the in-room coffeemaker was very welcome in the morning!

The phone being on the blink was easily ignored, but going up and down the stairs to the 2nd floor was hard on these old legs. An elevator would have been nice. Or a room on the ground floor.

The location of the hotel was excellent. There were restaurants within walking distance. Being on the beach front, the sunrises were wonderful to see. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. The woman at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Great customer service, friendly and willing to help. She fixed my seatbelt that was not working properly.

I was on the bottom floor. This is a public access beach and if you keep the curtains open, people do walk by.

The staff was so helpful and courteous. We had asked if it was possible to have some outside chairs for the balcony and when we arrived, they were in the room, clean and in excellent condition! Awesome view of the bay and very close and easy to get into downtown. We will stay here again

The only downside would be there was some mold around the tub where it meets the walls and there wasn't really any hooks or bars to hang your bathroom towels on.

The view is always exceptional... this is our second stay and won't be our last. It is right off the main road to everything you want to do but you don't get traffic noise. On our second floor we can leave the patio door cracked and listen to the waves as we doze off.... perfect!

The outside area could be better maintained. It is in more of a business type area but that doesn't mean the exterior areas can't be kept up.

Our room was very tasteful decorated with a lovely picture and accent wall. Furnishings looked new. Great two-person balcony looked over the water with a view of the ferry. A heron stood right below us! No A/C, but for Port Townsend, the provided fan was perfectly adequate. Walking distance to town and food. Would stay here again.

The bathroom/shower is newly remodeled, the room was mostly updated, and the bed was very comfortable with excellently chosen pillows. Access to the room is easy, even carrying our stuff up the stairs. The parking lot is small, but brilliantly laid out so that even with a number of large work trucks in the lot, it was easy to get in and out of parking spots. The WiFi is fast and the signal in my room was very strong. The window in our room opened completely, allowing for cross-ventilation and an excellent amount of fresh air. The hotel included a box fan in our room, which is a thoughtful touch. The shower was excellent and the sink faucet was chosen with consideration of the sink size (no bashing the hands at the back of the sink when washing). Despite full occupancy, we did not hear any of our neighbors in their rooms; we could barely hear their plumbing when in use.

There is a lack of outlets at the desk and in the room in general, and you may want a power strip if you are traveling for business. Noise gets in rather easily, although bolting the lock on the door compressed the weatherstripping and markedly cut down outside noise. This next bit is just physics and outside the control of the hotel: our room was very warm, even with the window open. Our room was completely sandwiched and the hotel was at full occupancy. My guess is that our neighbors on all sides had their heat cranked way up. There was a fan in our room and we made use of that. Extra points to the hotel for including a box fan.

The view was awesome!! Right on the beach! Looking out the window is water. Love it!! Love going out on the balcony and seeing the beach. The price is higher because of the timeframe but far more affordable than some.

The sliding glass door and screen were very difficult to open. Railings need cleaned out and maybe oiled or WD40.

Didn’t have breakfast. The location and price were great. The room reeked of cleaning products, and the housekeepers in the morning we’re having a very LOUD extended conversation, but it was otherwise comfortable and a good value.

I had to air out the room, as it smelled of scented cleaning products, and the women in housekeeping were very loud in the am.

I loved the view onto the water. It was especially memorable as that was the night of the supermoon. I spent much of the night sitting on the balcony looking at the moon over the water with the blinking green and red buoy lights in the foreground. I was not expecting a balcony with the room and therefore took full advantage of it. It was a wonderful experience.

That I had to leave and return to my job in Seattle.

Very clean room, newly remodeled, and the bay was right off our deck.......excellant...............

Short on staff left us with the garbage not being taken out, and no clean towels for the day two of our stay....we went to the office and asked for towels...............emptied our own garbage ................and they do not have anything in the morning except coffee...................
