It was 10 minutes off the highway, and from our Bluegrass festival, so we were very happy. The young lady that checked us in was lovely, and so welcoming. I instantly felt so at home, even in the office. Nice accessible parking to our ground floor room. We had the Family Suite at the end of the building so it was quiet. Very nicely decorated, well maintained-no chipped paint, discolored shower grout, etc. Floors were absolutely spotless! Very, very nice compared to other "little town" hotels we have stayed in. Bed was SO comfy, and they even brought the two extra pillows we asked for. Linens, and towels were so beautiful, and plenty of toiletries on the bath counter and in the shower room. Even the toilet paper roll had folds on it to look like feathers-so creative. The other hotel option was right on the I-90 highway, and with all the HUGE trucks, and their "jake brakes" noise, we would not have had any sleep.
The advertised Continental breakfast was not offered at this time-disappointed but we understand reasons-Covid is still out there. We didn't find any written directions of how to get the TV (Direct TV service) to work. Finally got it, but took a minute. Ice maker in the room-but the ice was so "bleachy" tasting it was not usable, and the machine made so much noise, so we turned it off.

Added my partners name to the room specifically had email copy of it. We ended up separated at the festival as he had lost his phone. They refused to allow him into the room. And ended up calling the cops. He sat outside for hours. Completely ruined our trip we ended up leaving a day early. Staff wasn't helpful.
