Soap Lake Natural Spa and Resort

Very large room with refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Quiet. Close to the best Italian/ Brazilian restaurant. Great view. Nice staff.

Perfect view of lake but there was a food wagon in parking lot altering view. Room needed deep spring cleaning. Mattress needed replacing, couch needed cleaning or replacing. Room decorated cute. Thought there would be mineral water in tub, but they said frozen? I asked vendor in town, thought it probably was pump somewhere. Deck furniture not cleaned. I realize it was not summer so no lake toys for rent.

Location is awesome, setting is great. They did put some special arrangements for Kids, that was awesome... overall very happy with the stay. The room was cozy and very approachable, comfortable for my mom, who has issues in walking.

The kitchenette could do some upgrade. The utensils were very less for a family room and they were not clean too when we arrived. They could check it before the checkins and if they are missing could replace it. We ended up buying few at the end.

Amazing location on private beach area for soap Lake. Clean and friendly place. The hotel is about two blocks from the grocery store if you need things. Overall a very relaxing and wonderful time. We went the end of June perfect weather not too hot. The lake water is warm.

I think the only thing I would say if you have kids that like bouncy house recreation. They have nice bouncy houses, that I think should’ve been just part of staying there -but you have to pay to go on them.

Sweet casual spot on the very cool and unusual Soap Lake, with lots of amenities (hot tubs, outdoor fitness equipment, beach chairs). We stayed in the hotel--not super fancy but a good sized, comfortable and clean room. Excellent value for the money.

Room was very clean beds was comfortable people at the office was nice and friendly.

It’s was not mineral water in my room because it’s room has no mineral water and they didn’t write this on website.They apologize when I come to the office

We enjoyed our time in Soap Lake. The person who checked us in recommended a little breakfast place down the street that was delicious. Our room was small, but clean and very comfortable.

Noise wasn't muffled. I sleep heavily and it was quieter than it is at my home, but it was a bit noisier than at other hotel/resorts.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property was very well maintained and clean.

The only thing I would like to see is the sauna and hot tub to be closer to the rooms so you didn’t have to deal with the weather.

Cabin was nice, clean and well stocked. We had a view from our cabin. For the price we paid for this peivate resort I would expect they fence all the way down to the wate and put a private sign up.. Folks were entering thru the roped area taking up all the chairs etc. Also a homeless pool person was wandering around on the beach

Clean room, nice location to lake and shops, friendly and helpful staff.

Room was dated, beds not so comfy, dark interior even with windows open and lights on

The grounds were very comfortable and had a variety of areas where we could relax

Water volume in the shower was so low that you had difficulty washing off the soap from your body
