The main manager was friendly nice and accommodating. He had great recommendations and was always checking to make sure we were comfortable while he was on site. He also was available after his shift to help us. He even offered to go buy whatever we needed that was not readily available. Very friendly!!!

The employee that filled in during the day was rude and condescending. She was overly pushy and rude about their supposed rules and even came out to yell at a few customers on how to park. She also was not helpful when needing access into the office as they were short handed and had no room service. We had to wait for the manager to get any help or have our concerns addressed.

This was a last minute trip. Our grandsons high school football game was moved due to the level of smoke in the Wenatchee Valley. We we're traveling from western WA to see this game. After booking on line the manager called us to confirm the booking, that was a first but we liked it. We we're traveling with our dog which was not a problem at all. Our check in time was going to be late, he had no problems with that at all. Upon arrival the manager was very friendly. He explained the areas where we could walk our dog. He told us straight up that we may encounter homeless people and to be sure to let him know if we did so he could take care of it. This is an older motel with new management. He is working very hard to update all rooms. He was in the process of adding a continental breakfast service during our stay. It hadn't officially started yet however there was a variety of fresh fruit, microwavable oatmeal, breakfast bars along with coffee and snacks. It was quit away from I 90. Close to the football field and shopping a few blocks away within walking distance. We would stay here again for the cost it's worth it.

The only two thing to complain about is there were no coffee cups in the room for coffee. Everything else was there just no cups. Second complaint was the x rated show from a ground level room with the curtains and blinds wide open. My husband did not notice so I can say it was less than desirable otherwise he would have noticed.

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel incredibly welcome. We were originally booked into an upstairs room which has no lift. As I have disability this would prove most difficult for me to manage but this was not an issue for our host Rick, who changed us to a ground floor room with no bother even if it meant giving us the last room on that floor which was an upgrade. On coming on this trip from London, UK we were on a budget so chose to stay at a motel as opposed to a 5 star hotel and had a realistic expectation of how this would be. But infact during our stay our expectations were exceeded. The room was clean, the beds incredibly comfortable and the shower was just the right temperature and pressure. In the room was a little fridge freezer, great for keeping snacks, a microwave and coffee machine with complimentary coffee and whitener include. A huge thanks to all of the team for making our stay so pleasurable

The motel front desk, went above and beyond my expectations, God gave me a good experience here. Me and my son checked in late, the Lord got us to this location, which was a two hour drive. The front desk ( I didn't catch his name) made sure to meet me here, after hours, and not having us wait to check in. They go above and beyond, to ensure, you have a comfortable stay. By offering complimentary snacks in the lobby, and keeping up with COVID protocols. The room: mines was not too huge, but they have everything a motel needs. Mini fridge, microwave, even a bathtub. The TV, does not have cable, but it does have, Redbox, free on demand movies, and other streaming services. The motel, does offer late checkout, to their guest. This is a family run business, he tries to keep the drugs out, and cares about the safety of their guests. This is a place that is worth the money, and worth our time to check out and stay. The doors also have two locks, there's a patio, and bbq area, which I didn't check out, but it's pretty neat, so I figured it's worth mentioning. The Lord God, I believe is blessing this man, and their business. The man also is/was very friendly. But professional. Businesses live and die off of reviews, I didn't like that he was worried about getting a 10 review, because he deserved a 10 review regardless, but I understand that people are worried about succeeding. With more faith, this motel, is a place that I believe many will want to stay, and I myself, may look into extended stays here. Thanks for the great customer service.

I didn't like that my stay, was so short. The rooms may be considered small by some, but truthfully, the queen bed option ( that I stayed in) has everything and more for a wonderful stay. Through the grace of God.

It is a neat place that is getting renovated. There were some nice personal touches to the room. I like how they replaced the carpet with laminated planks, replaced the bathroom fixtures with up to dated fixtures, and painted the walls white. The beds and furniture were a classy touch. The bbq enclave was pretty cool. I travel a lot for work, and for the price and work they have done a great job. Bed was pretty comfy and i slept good. A challenge they have is its off the beaten path, there are the homeless wandering around and they might have to find another unique way to catch customers attention. A few years ago, due to the tight rental market i leased a couple bedrooms to traveling nurses and other professionals. I had a pretty good waiting list. So...that might be an option to check into..

What they did was good.. i might have changed the outside colors. And possibly have murals painted on the back fence, even on building to brighten place up and catch folks attention.

I was there one night for walleye fishing. The manager helped me to plan my day and night fishing around the town. He was so helpful. I then booked another day for the next week, but I didn't come because the "fish run" had finished. I forgot to cancel my reservation on time so I thought I would be charged one night, but the manager called me asking the reason, then he didn't charge me for my late cancellation.

I was busy both days and didn't have time to get to the breakfasts... Things were very clean and I really liked the water pressure in the shower, and the soft water. The icebox really came in handy too. Ryan and the lady that fixed up the rooms were great people.

I could have used a chair in the room, but I understand that it would made things overall a bit crowded.

Staff was friendly and attentive. The location was great, easy walking distance to downtown, parks and a few restaurants, but far enough it was quiet. You can tell they have been updating the hotel and adding personal touches to bringing it back to life. We'll choose to stay again.

Cute little motel centrally located in Moses Lake! The room was clean and comfortable. The bed had a comforter and the mattress was very nice. The TV was on the bigger side and had Hulu, Netflix and all. Plenty of really hot water and great pressure. I liked the outdoor patio area, it's cute and perfect to eat outside. The staff was super nice, helpful and attentive. Bonus point for the cute cat that comes out in the evening!
