Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Wenatchee

the hotel looks modern and clean. the rooms have a mini fridge and a microwave. the bathroom was a good size. Breakfast was included in price and it was great! the view right across the hotel (the mountains) is beautiful!

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the pool, it was small and the water wasn’t warm enough, it was hard to get in, my toddler’s lips turn purple after about 45 mins in the water. Also the tile around the pool was so slippery! My toddler slipped and landed on her nose. I can’t believe they picked such slippery material around a pool, it’s very dangerous.

They sent me to booking.com to do the reservation and booking.com deceived me with the amount charged, because they didn’t apply the discount I am entitled to and don’t provide a receipt. Also booking.com asked me for proof of payment and never returned my calls nor emails and when I call back I got hung up by customer service… the only answer by the hotel is I should call directly and not use the reservation desk they have in their website because they cannot be responsible if booking.com steal money from the customers

The staff we met were very nice, free parking, breakfast included, and reasonably priced. The room we had was a King and it was a normal sized room.

I had requested a top floor room when I booked but didn't get it and sure enough, the quest above us was very noisy. Our room faced the back of the hotel and every morning the garbage truck picked up at 6:30 am. The air conditioner is very loud. Needless to say, if you're a light sleeper, like I am, it was a disappointment. The sink leaked but maintenance fixed it within a couple hrs.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. It was nice to have several protein options instead of the normal continental breakfast. The room was clean and nicely appointed. Loved the walk in shower and the shower products provided were top notch!

We were not able to set the thermostate in the room lower than 69 degrees. That is too warm of a temperature to sleep well. The pool area was extremely hot and humid. It really needs some kind of air circulation improvement.

Added a whole new meaning to the "The Pillow Experience". Absolutely amazing pillows. Shower and amenities were fantastic. The breakfast was above our expectations and they make a great cup of coffee. Loved the waffles and the choice of eggs. Most importantly though, The room was super clean and spacious.

I cannot think of anything that could have been improved. I did need a hairbrush because i had forgotten one and they did not have one in stock in there little store. there used to be hospitality emergency bags that were available when you forgot stuff like toothbrush or toothpaste. But this is a new world in that respect. I just had to make do with a comb

One of the best VALUES I've ever found in a hotel. Beds were VERY comfortable, staff was more than helpful and the location was perfect! Breakfast was delicious for a quick bite before exploring the mountains and nearby Leavenworth. We loved our stay!

Nothing to complain about, but just a heads up...not sure if the indoor pool is SUPPOSED to be heated, but during our stay it was not. I still jumped in, but with snow outside, a warm pool would be icing on the cake.

The hot breakfast was nice and the lady who was working there was very friendly and accommodating. She didn't rush us even when breakfast was shutting down and let us bring some food upstairs to those who were still sleeping. The hot breakfast was a welcomed change from other hotels who had been giving to-go pre packaged cold breakfast due to apprehension on covid.

The room was smaller than I expected. Room specs said 600 sq ft. But it was smaller.

We arrived at 2am after a concert and 5+ hour drive . The staff was attentive, friendly and got us checked in quickly. The hotel was really clean and the beds were super comfy after a long travel day. Has a good free breakfast in the AM.

There was some noise from next door around 7am but I’m a light sleeper.

We really like this hotel. All the employees are so friendly and go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is very pretty, great location and free parking. With Covid protocols, they have a grab-n-go breakfast that was helpful and supplied a good variety of food choices. It's nice to have coffee pot/coffee, microwave and refrigerator in the room and very comfortable bed. We will definitely stay here again.

The only thing that I would say is that our room faced the parking lot and there is some car noise in the mornings when guests leave early.

The staff was excellent. The bartender and front desk were both professional and very friendly. The room was excellent and the beds were super comfortable. I can't wait to stay again.

The hotel bar was closed a couple nights.
