Clarion Inn Renton-Seattle

Our expectations were definitely exceeded! This 2-star hotel felt more like a 3-star one, with attentive staff and a spacious room with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable and clean, with 5 pilows and a lamp beside it. The bathroom was clean, as well as the water. TV had HBO, which was fun. Breakfast had several options to choose from, from savory to sweet and hot to cold. The guest laundry room was very helpful, after long camping travels! All in all, the location was also quite convenient, as it was only a quick 20 minute drive to Seattle.

There was nothing in particular that we disliked. Great experience!

the staff was welcoming and helpful. they came to the room right away if we had any issues. the property is also fairly close to the airport. The poker room next door has a nice menu that we would pop into to check out from time to time. the last day we were there they had just re-opened the breakfast option of the stay. before we were getting breakfast bags which was great…would always have items to snack on later. Uber ride to the link rail system which got us into the city, great way to avoid driving and parking there.

Clean pleasent staff coffee all the time good breakfast.

Last stay only ice machine that worked was on 4th floor. Checked this trip and 3rd floor didn't work,a carpet on 1st floor is turned up kind of a trip hazard. Had a poorly dressed guy come to door befor 10 asked if we staying another night told him yes,went imedietly to desk and extended stay.he was back before 11 asking again, really was dressed more like a homeless guy.not management

We were there for two days the first day they did not serve breakfast the second day we were checking out so we ended up with a bag but no hot breakfast. It contain yogurt, orange juice and cold breakfast sandwiches, which we couldn’t eat in the car. We had a 3 hour drive and booked this location for the Free Breakfast! Very disappointed!

Taking the time to heat food up or offering it earlier to use a microwave for those traveling. I had kids that were hungry that needed to wait.

The staff. Front desk manager was wonderful. He let me check in early after an exhausting travel day.

Putting in new floors and that should be over by now. The carpets in the public places and room needed thorough cleaning but I was so pleased to get a room, I overlooked that. Room was very clean otherwise and there had been recent updates it seemed.

they worked with us for our needs. we were there for a funeral and were able to rent space for all of the out of towners to gather eat and play games.

there was a fire alarm while we were there and the alarms were deafeningly loud!!!! but all was well!

close to amazing coffee shop not far from Seattle and the airport

no pool road noise but it’s by a road so…

We stayed at a few hotels in the Seattle area on this trip. One in particular, took COVID as an opportunity to really cut back on what they provided. Obvious thought was put into the breakfast at the Clarion. In fact, we had extra that we used to subsidize the terrible bag breakfast that was provided at a "boutique" Best Western. Also, front desk staff was friendly and efficient

Staff great, easy to check in, coffe and tea 24 hours a day,great breakfast,and clean.

There was an incedent with pepper spray at breakfast nothing to do with hotel the staff very profesional

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, good TV and mattress.

Elevator was really ugly and needs a redo, one ice machine not working, light bulb broken in lamp and desk person could not find a replaceminent.
