Motel 6-Seattle, WA - Sea-Tac Airport South

Overall, it was very quiet. Room was a decent size for one person. Bathroom was ADA compliant - this made a huge difference for me. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. They did whatever they could to meet customers' needs. On more than one occasion, people hoping to utilize the Park-n-fly amenity did not call ahead and were unable to park due to being at full capacity. I observed the staff discussing the lack of availability professionally. I felt bad for the travelers. The pool was perfect temperature-wise.

The pool didn't seem to be checked on by maintenance on a daily basis. The water was fine and chemically okay chlorine-wise. There were 2 days in a row where no one scooped leaves out and it needed it.

The woman at the front desk was amazingly patient, kind, and helpful, despite the fact that she was handling the busy check-ins by herself. I wish I knew her name to praise her most effectively (black woman with beautiful long hair and painted nails!) We appreciated having a table and chairs in the room.

Many customers arrived within about an hour (around 4pm) and there was only one desk clerk. She was amazingly patient, kind, and helpful, but there really should have been at least another person, if not two more people, to help with check-in at that time. Most of the rooms were not ready yet, which meant that people could check in, but not go to their room. We would have liked to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room, as some other rooms had.

So happy with is. If only for 1 or 2 nights it is perfect, a good size, clean and safe. Quiet and beds comfy, exactly what we needed. If staying for longer then maybe not the ideal place as doesnt have fridge, microwave, cooking facilities and coffee making stuff in room (but free in reception) but honestly, value for money was exceptional. Saved us hundreds of dollars and probably a better experience than most rooms we could have stayed in.

No complaints but the only things you could say is, not much to in walking distance, too far from downtown to pop back and forth. Designed for shortstay not longstays. But we were more than happy and will use again for sure

The location was convenient to our destination. We stay at Motel 6 a lot because our dogs are welcome. The staff were friendly and trying hard to work around a broken dryer situation to get everyone situated in their rooms. They did a great job of being professional and as quick as they could be.

The hallway smelled musty and like cigarette smoke. The bed was very uncomfortable. I have stayed at a lot of Motel 6's, and I would rate this one in the middle for comfort. The hallways need a deep cleaning.

Aside from the labyrinthine hallways that must be navigated to find my room from the office or vice versa, without finding an exit and going around the building in the hot sun or the rain, this place is great. I am very pleased to be here.

The TV channels are not the best, I know that's kind of silly, but I really have nothing else I could complain about. A few music channels would be nice. Channel 5 news is on channel 11, which meant it took me a while to find the morning news.

The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. The Motel was basic but very clean and the rooms were spacious. I left my passport in a small porch in my room with a money in it. The staff found it and held it for me. All of the money was there when I cane back two weeks later to pick it up. I was touched by the honesty of the cleaning staff. They are to be commended. It is the people that work in hospitality that make the places memorable.

it honestly wasn’t bad for what it is. I didn’t get a shuttle but staff reimbursed me the cost of an Uber to the airport and did so in a timely fashion ensuring I wouldn’t be delayed. It is far away from the city and isn’t much to look but for a few nights out of necessity I would book it over something fancier. Staff is helpful and mostly polite especially considering this is your typical side of the road motel. I would stay there again if I needed to do a flight or layover from Seattle.

Kind of dingy and the location is very far out. isn’t the most comfortable sleep but good for a layover.

Very friendly staff. Lovely cleaning woman that accommodated me and my pet. Great clean room. Lots of TV channels. No parking costs. No pet costs! The best value absolutely.

To be honest. I looked for the least expensive room in Tukwila to attend my kid's soccer tournament. I was worried about this Motel 6 somewhat because some of the reviews were poor. To my great surprise, this motel completely exceeded my expectations. Very happy with my stay.

I stayed for a very short time (7 hours or so) but it felt comfortable. I booked this place because they offer free shuttle service, and that met my expectations. The view right outside the hostel is very nice (one can see a nice mountain), and a lake is not very far away by car. I had hurt my waist dragging my luggage, and the staff was very nice to accommodate my request for a room on the ground floor. I had gone to another Motel 6 in the vicinity by accident because I did not check the address carefully. Luckily, the two motels are less than 2 miles apart.

The vending machines only accepted cash, but one can exchange for coins at the front desk.

I liked that the area was clean and presentable. I can't remember her name but she was the one who I checked in with both times. She was an amazing help, friendly, professional, and an all around great person who was very helpful. Thank you

Mattresses were uncomfortable, lightweight, moved too easy on what they were placed on. If keeping mattresses then I would suggest something to put under them to restrict the movement and shifting.
