Super 8 by Wyndham Union Gap Yakima Area

It was clean and quiet no one bothered me nor my brother. I slept all day I was so comfortable. I ended up renting the room for another night. Planning on renting a room tonight.❤️💯😁👍👍

Everything Oh and the breakfast was great. First morning my brother had to bring my food because I have stage 4 B Cell LYMPHOMIA CANCER. The motel was great making sure I had ground level room and right across from the exit door to be easy to take my service dogs out. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH 👍👍💯❤️😁❣️❣️

I like the room my husband stayed there in the king room he's handicapped so he loved it but he wished that you would bring back your breakfast like he used to instead of just coffee juice and cereal

Didn't last time we stayed you had waffle dessert coffee juice tea yogurt apple fruit and this time all you had was cereal coffee and a few wish you would bring back the breakfast you used to have but my husband understands since you got Denny's next to your hotel

the staff was a bit confused about a deposit we have stayed here numerous time and never had a problem I don’t mind paying a deposit but the fact that the online help said nothing about a deposit and when we got there they wanted a 200 dollar deposit which we were not aware of

. The staff was excellent, very friendly and professional.

The room was clean and quiet for the most part. The breakfast was perfect very well kept dinning area... And the pool is well kept as well very clean.

The walking distance from the room to the office, and ice machine did not work .

For an inexpensive stop this place was perfect. Very clean and comfy for a nights rest. The staff was very professional and courteous. I will definitely be back, if I am in the area. They proved that cheap, does not have to be "cheap"

I did not wake up a rich man, guess that's the only complaint haha

The pool was terrific. Breakfast was pretty substantial, considering we were coming out of covid, with hardboiled eggs, yogurt, hot and cold cereal, toast, coffee. Nice little breakfast dining area. The room was nicely appointed and all the appliances - microwave, coffee maker, TV, fridge- all worked great. Great staff.

We couldn't figure out how to get two of the slices in the 4-slice toaster to work.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Fresh waffle breakfast. There were yogurt, boiled eggs, cereal, fruit cup, toast, mini muffins, coffee, tea, and juice. Very close from the free way. Great value. Our room was on the 3ed floor, and it was quiet.

Nothing. (The facility is old but that is not problem. There was some stain won't come out, but it is not house keeping's fault.)

Price, location.

There was a smell in the room. But we either got use to it or something. But everytime we left & came back smell was there. Bathroom floor either stained or dirty. Had back injury so didn't want to take a chance & get a room on another floor.

I felt very welcomed right from the beginning, Tiffany was a great help with answering all my questions and making sure all my needs were met. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here with such amazing customer service. Thank you Tiffany for your kind service and help with the printer as I was trying to make prints.

Only thing I can think of is the building can use a bit more upkeep as it is an older building.
