The room was spacious. My daughter loved the game room and the pool. Check in was easy. Morning breakfast was satisfying.

This is not a con, just some opinions to make future hotel stays even better. Little food for thought: Recently, my family and I stayed at another Home 2 Suites by Hilton in Washington, and they served warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. The little gesture was remembered, and we were looking forward to the sweet treat after traveling. However, this location did not offer this. The only other thing that could be improved is having softer beds in the room.

It was convenient as for lactation . Close to many eating establishments , grocery store for your walking convenience.

I believe for the price you pay for a room here they could at least offer you a great continental breakfast . Not just breakfast sandwiches that are placed in a warmer . Have a variety of selections as I know there are several hotels in the area that offer amazing continental breakfast which include homemade omelets, gravy and biscuits etc etc . I also believe they could be a little more reasonable on they laundry facility and the products they offer for that. When you spend as much as I did you would think they would provide you with a few perks.

The room appointments were great, except for one thing. (see below). Hotel is very clean, staff helpful, etc. Will stay there again.

As I am a light sleeper, the refrigerator's strange noises kept me from a good sound sleep. Also, the operation on the TV was very confusing for a couple of 80+ folks. And breakfast ending at 9AM isn't good for the old folks.

This was the largest, most thoughtfully put together hotel room we have ever stayed in. I felt like I could comfortably live in this room. The kitchen was fully functional with the option to borrow additional small appliances. A table tucked under the counter in the living area, cabinets and tons of storage space. It was really very impressive.

The pool was pretty small and busy the whole time, but we managed.

We got upgraded to a king suite and it was very nice. We had family come to our room for nightly chats.

A staff member came to tell us there was a noise complaint but we were in the POOL at a scheduled time. I’m not sure that the pool area can be better insulated to drowned out the noise of kids having fun in the pool! It’s ridiculous that someone would complain about a noisy pool area with a family from out of state having fun with their kids in a pool area that echos already. We were in our last 15 minutes of pool times at 9:45 when we got the warning so if noise is the issue maybe stop pool times at 9:00 instead of 10:00. To sum it up, the staff should have said to this person who complained that pool time ends in a few minutes and thank you for your comment. It was ridiculous for her to come tell us of a complaint in an echo laden indoor pool area.

Our room was beautiful but the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. The staff was great, my only other issue is I am a insulin based diabetic and they have no safe needle drop box. I asked the night staff and morning staff and they did not have one.

It was clean and quiet!

There is no trail or stairs going down the rocks towards Safeway. I also would like to have Directv or cable in the room rather than all the streaming apps. Or at least the option to choose different streaming platforms

The staff could not have been more accommodating when we arrived many hours later than we expected in the wee hours of the morning. Everything was so clean and nice. We had an exceptionally nice stay even though it was very short. I was so surprised to learn that free ev charging came with the stay. Thank you.

Everything about this property is AMAZING! The spacious updated rooms that all come with kitchens is a huge plus! I will definitely be staying at Home2Suites again.

The only negative was that the hotel didn’t have a restaurant/bar. However, there are tons of restaurants within walking distance so it wasn’t a huge deal.

Loved the hotel in general. The room we stayed in was spacious for my big family. We had two beds and a sofa bed, a mini kitchen with utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, and a big fridge, we also had a closet area and a private bathroom. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi as well as the free breakfast. I loved everything, This for sure has been the best hotel I have stayed in.
