SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Berkeley Springs

We were pleasantly surprised by everything about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were always greeted with a smile. The room was very clean and so spacious! The hot breakfast was good! The pool was nice. Overall, it was a good value.

We could hear the occupants of the room above us walking around and making noise late into the night and in the early morning. The doors to the rooms were on springs so they slammed shut...and this was a frequent occurrence. There was a terrible smell our second night. I think someone burned something in their microwave...but the smell penetrated the entire hotel.

It was a very nice motel up on a hill off busy highway Fabulous breakfast and coffee any time in lobby

My 2 complaints was finding it from highway On map it looks like location is closer to highway and the building we saw was another business We followed road up the hill and a very tiny sign was at the driveway Also sign on main road was very high that was hard to realize it was for motel We did not see it until service person told us it was there Also walls were thin so you could hear neighbors Thankfully they went to bed early!

Breakfast buffet was wonderful each day. whirlpool tub in our room was fantastic. Pool was heated and still open, needed cleaned a little but it was great. Resturate next door was great as well. Staff was nice.

We forgot something in the refrig, went back an hour and a half after check out and it was already disposed of. Maybe if people forget item they could put them at the service desk for a day. The items were unopened. It was our fault for leaving it.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was spacious and comfortable. Quiet. I was easily able to relax and the spa tub was clean and worked perfectly. Breakfast was plentiful and coffee was good. Check in/out was a breeze. I would stay here again!

Finding the hotel was a little challenging in the dark since it’s back a narrow street past several businesses and homes. There is an area outside heavily used for smoking but with no cigarette receptacles. I don’t smoke but wanted to sit outside for a bit and pet the outside kitties. The cats came right up to me but unfortunately they had to walk through dirty piles of ashes and cigarettes. The pool is not within the building and is behind the neighboring restaurant across the parking lot.

The room was very clean. The staff efficient and friendly. Great breakfast. Love their sausage and biscuits! Short drive to Berkeley Springs. And there is a pool! It was clean too! There is a restaurant (Angus & Ale) that is a short walk across the parking lot. They have the best homemade ranch dressing. The property is very tucked away and private.

Side door of building right beside our door on first floor was unlocked for the full stay. Toilet continually ran had to keep Jiggling handle to get it stop and if people and rooms near by used theirs it started back up. Coffee pot and items to use it were laid out in the bathroom. Coffee pot Needed to be in a different room!

Clean, nice and quiet.

The bathroom door got stuck a lot. The door looked like it didn't fit the frame well so opening and closing it was difficult. Tv wasn't working when we got there. Had to get help. Also, we were not warned about the jets in the tub and was scared when they shot out everywhere. Being notified or having a sign/note on the wall would have been helpful.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs, and we were able to walk to most of our destinations.

We could hear noise from rooms above us, but fortunately, not while we slept.

Very clean room. SUPER clean. Very friendly staff. We stayed only one night for our 16th Anniversary. Planned on walking the town but it rained the entire weekend. We've decided that this is our anniversary spot from now on!! And the restaurant in the parking lot was awesome.

Nothing. Everything was great!!

Staff was able to change our second floor room to a first floor room due to our difficulties with stairs. This was greatoy appreciated.

Had problems with electrical female plugs connecting with male plugs on telephone charger and C-pap. Very loose and difficult to keep electricity flowing.
