Sleep Inn & Suites Cumberland

Room and clean. Location was close to main through fare, air-conditioning was great, nice breakfast choices

The refrigerator wasn't cold enough, towels were small and rough, only one comfortable chair because the room was a bit small for a king bed and two people, no bathroom vent so mold on the base of shower doors, bathroom faucet very slow

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was adequate. The staff member maintaining the breakfast room was remarkable. Kept it well stocked and clean.

The entrance to the parking lot. Navigating through the Love’s parking lot to get to the hotel lot was sometimes challenging .

The rooms were very clean. We had a fridge and microwave in the room which was convenient. Coffee available all day in addition to breakfast.

There are no outdoor gathering areas except a small gazebo out back. There is a tractor trailer lot directly behind hotel with transient traffic, it was noisy as the trucks started up to leave.

Right off the highway. Easy to find. Gas & food next door. Clean room and facility in general. Reasonable price. Surprisingly quiet for the number of dogs and location (highway, gas station, truck stop).

Was a little concerned with the noise potential due to the location but it turned out not to be an issue.

we used this as a stopover between Cincinnati and Philadelphia….it was surprisingly very good. This is better than some of the other hotels we stayed at which were rated higher! The breakfast is great…recommend this hotel if you are passing through or want to visit the local area.

Pleased with all aspects

The hotel still feels new and the staff was very friendly. Convenient location for easy access to the highway and local attractions. We enjoyed going to Rocky Gap park and casino as well as historic Cumberland with ease. The bed and linen were very comfortable. We had 2 nights of great rest. The bathroom was an ample size with a nice walk in shower. I was surprised to have the room cleaned during our stay. They did an excellent job! Good breakfast options both mornings. Having a fridge, microwave, desk space, and the stores next door were a bonus! Dollar General and a variety of restaurants are less than 10 miles away.

The bath towels were too small and rough. The elevator was very busy. We used the stairs a few times to avoid constantly coming into contact with strangers. The hallway was a bit stuffy, but the a/c circulation improved the following day. The pool and fitness room were much smaller than I expected. Watch out for dog poo on the grass surrounding the hotel.

Breakfast was good. We are seeing fewer and fewer properties these days that offer included breakfast with the room.

The HVAC (air conditioning) is always a little nebulous for us- too cold and noisy fans, but that's basically every hotel we've ever stayed in.

Very convenient location, easy on and easy off the highway. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. Offered were freshly made waffles, eggs (scrambled one day, cheese omelets the ext. Bacon and breakfast sausage. Danish, cereal, fresh fruit, canned, ready to go fruit in plastic containers, hot coffee and tea. A real pleasure.

We encountered no problems and had no concerns. Our first visit to a Sleep Inn but will not be our last

Booking.com failed us. When we arrived Sleep Inn did not have us down for any reservations. Book.com did not send the needed information to them. Sleep Inn instead took care of us. We will not use Booking.com anymore.

I really liked the breakfast and the lady Jill was so kind and very helpful, she made the atmosphere so nice, she was very friendly

That my reservation was screwed up when I got there and I booked and paid for 2 months in advance, after I told them I was going to go elsewhere the lady called Craig and got it straightend out, I had to have 1st floor handicap there was no other option due to our condition and I told them that prior in a email that they responded to saying it was all set
