Quality Inn

Our room was super clean! The girl that checked us in was very sweet. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and was friendly. We got there a little early to check in however she made arrangements to get us checked in early.. that was NOT unnoticed!

The second day that we were there a maintenance guy accused my fiance and I of coming out an empty room...we DID NOT!!! He was not professional handling the matter...instead of introducing himself and asking us politely about the matter.....he comes to us accusing and telling my fiance he was going to kick his butt the incident could have gotten worse if management didn't step in. It was ALL u called for.....he didn't have a uniform or anything that he employee of the hotel....my fiance did not get an apology like I wasn't told he would...Other than that ......we will definitely be staying there agan?

Room was nice, Bathroom floor sticky though. Wastebasket was on the countertop. Odd. Also, no ice machine or vending in my building - had to go to a different building to obtain, and then it was on the second floor! Not convenient at all. Breakfast was as expected, routine for similiar hotel stays I've had before. Coffee was not good - weak, no flavor - other offerings good.

I stayed two nights here, coming and going to and from medical appointments in No. Carolina. Our room was comfortable, clean. we had a little breakfast. it all worked. No drama, no surprises.

I don’t know that it was something not to like, but on the premises of this hotel are actually three buildings, seemingly all owned by the same group. In coming back from my medical appointments, following surgery, I requested a first floor room somewhere on this sprawling property. While not quite refused by the manager, he insisted the good rooms are all upstairs. So, I wound up again in the same room my wife and I had going down to No. Carolina, on the second floor of a building with no elevator. A bit challenging after surgery. Are there no other nicer rooms in this place?

The room looked exceptionally clean and even smelled clean. The mattress and pillows were so soft and fluffy it was like sleeping on a cloud. I liked the night light on the hair dryer plugged into the bathroom wall--just enough light to see at night without turning on a light. The free breakfast was excellent. The location was easy to find, right off the highway. No complaints about anything!

I couldn't find an ice maker. I understand that they make noise for guests when located on the floors. Maybe there was one off to the side somewhere. I couldn't find a map that showed where it might be. Also maybe there could be a few more parking spaces. I came in late and almost couldn't find a space.

The staff were really nice, AC was very powerful, bed is very nice, breakfast was good. Was very spacious and comfy. Appliances were decent. Cute river view outside the window.

The room felt musty, when I first got into the room there was just this wet odor ( went away after 1 hour when AC was on ) ,over all very clean but the cover had a blood stain underneath ( I brought it up to the staff and got it resolved )

The room was nice and very clean. The lady at the front desk when we checked in was extremely nice and helpful

One of the maintenance guys came at me full force and my fiance' accusing us of walking into one of the empty rooms that had a door open. We absolutely DID NOT! We walked into the excersize room wich is located beside of it. We did get it straightened out however

The hotel was neat and clean. The staff were professional and friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and attractively laid out. The shower was hot and easily controllable. Everything worked great, including the A/C. I also liked the security key system.

There should have been two people at the front desk during check-in time. The front desk clerk attended to the line of people checking in and ignored the phone. The location was fine, except I had to use a toll road to get out.

Didn’t eat there just too many people

Comfort and Quality checking is in the same building. Comfort Inn had elevator for second and third floors. Quality Inn were two wing buildings with no elevator for second floor. We are seniors and had to carry everything up a flight of stairs. Breakfast was only at the comfort Inn building. So two motels of people eat at the same one.

This hotel was very easy to get to, just off the I-77. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The free WiFi worked well. The free breakfast was very good, lots of eggs, sausage, waffles, pancakes, yogurt juices and coffee. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have stayed in a lot of places far fancier than this and I will say this place *hands down* had the best water pressure in the shower I've ever experienced!!! I have a ton of hair and rinsing my hair is often impossible at many hotels. I would literally just come back here for the ability to wash my hair!!
