it’s real nice how big the rooms are. it’s like a mini house in a way.

the tv was in a very bad spot. idk why they didn’t put the dining space between the kitchen and living room on the other side. there would have been plenty or room to mount the tv on the wall. our bathroom door couldn’t shut and lock because whoever installed the door didn’t take proper measurements. the price was a little high if you ask me, but seeing as there was a town event I could kind of understand it. the parking isn’t the best. there’s enough spaces unless more than 1 person brings more than one car. so at the end of the night we came back and had no parking space.

I really appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff was. My partner has been going through a knee issue that makes it difficult for her to climb and descend stairs, and they were able to accommodate that. They came up with a creative and effective solution for us when we encountered a small difficulty in the room that couldn't be solved during our stay. [An issue that was understandably beyond their control.] Beautiful landscaping, and some nice areas to sit outside and to enjoy the weather. There was a well-stocked shelf of books and dvd's for guest use. Also appreciated the morning coffee, the afternoon treats, and the apples left for guests during the day. In terms of location, we were well positioned to explore Ephraim, Sister Bay, Fish Creek, and Egg Harbor during our stay. We definitely will consider staying again at Eagle Harbor Inn for future Door County visits.

There are some challenges that come with operating from an older building... The room sizes are a little snug and there are other signs that indicate it is an older building. Would recommend for 'close' couples who can stand being in each other's spaces, as the rooms are small. Our room had a small bedside table and limited outlets... traveling with a CPAP meant unplugging a lamp or an alarm clock; and charging a phone or tablet unplugged the other. You also may need to go outside to other buildings for amenities (ice, swimming pol, sauna) if raining or uncomfortable temperatures. Lastly, if you are planning on going out at night, be mindful that parking can be tight after 8 pm.

It is in a great location! The people are fabulous. All the homey touches are so quaint. Hot Cider and homemade cookies each afternoon in the lobby were wonderful. Love the little gift shop there too. our room was warm and cozy! the double sided fire place was fantastic!! Kitchenette, whirlpool tub and shower were great.

Eagle Harbor Inn is always so comfortable and homey when my husband and I visit in the late fall. Coming into our suite after a long day in the cold to turn on the fire place and have a bath is always something I would look forward to. The staff are incredibly friendly and we enjoyed being able to stop in for a quick treat of hot cider in the afternoons. Eagle Harbor is always our favorite place to stay when in Door County.

Had never been to Door County and heard fun things about it! Looking for a late fall vacation spot and found this place when looking for a Bed and Breakfast place to stay, what a find!! Wanted to spend time outside hiking so did not take advantage of pool or fitness room but maybe next time. Definitely plan to come back to this area but hoping to come during a bit warmer month---Aug. or Sept. maybe.

The only thing we did not like was not being able to try out the breakfast dinning. Did not take advantage of the breakfast we could order is most of my family has food allergies and cannot eat gluten or dairy so breakfast basket was not for us! Loved that we could bring our own food and prepare our own breakfast in the room. You thought of everything so we had all the pans, dishes and cooking utensils we needed!

We did not try the breakfast but we had a one bed suite in Cedar House which was very nicely appointed, clean and well equipped. Staff have adopted a no-entry support process should you need towels etc. replaced during extended stay.

AC unit, even when turned up was pretty ineffective... room was hot even on collar days and AC made a lot of noise but no impact. Just be aware that even on weekdays at this time of the year that it's really hard getting any reservations, in fact many restaurants won't even take one and many are on odd fall hours. Strongly recommend the Pear Wine Cottage in Ephraim... lovely spot!

I loved the privacy and the size of our room. We booked the double bedroom suite& it was a very generous size with 2 bathrooms&a fireplace. Enough for a family of 4 with two bigger kids. The kitchenette came in handy as well, especially for breakfasts.

I didn't like the fact that the receptionist wasn't present at our check out although it's true we were leaving early (before 6am). I would also recommend to make the afternoon tea bigger: we saw only 1 jug of lemonade& a tray of chocolate cookies.

We've stayed there every year. We love the place, and the location. I especially love the deck, and the cleanliness.

I don't like how often they've asked for feedback, so I finally gave in. I'm not happy with the price when you can't check in til 3 and you have to check out at 10. I realize they're shorthanded and that is sad. But to have just those few hours for that price is not fun. I wanted to enjoy my coffee on the deck but had to rush to get out in time.

Loved the fireplace and tub. Great place for an extended stay. Claire, at the front desk, was really great to us.

The room was much smaller than described. I would of liked to see the other rooms, I choose against them as I didn’t need a whirlpool or things like that
