When we walking into our room, immediately smelled super clean and looked neat. Considering we were right off the main road, it was still pretty quiet in the room. The couch scratched me a few times but it opens up into a mat for the floor to use as a bed. Which is super convenient because our son is 1 so it's not preferred him sleeping up on the queen mattress so it worked out really well for us.

Large room with lots of space. Bed was comfy. Shower had good pressure and hot. Owner was super nice & friendly. Good location.
Furnace/air unit was old and hard to control. I think it froze up and wasn't throwing cold air. We turned it off and just opened the window, so we were fine. There was no comforters on the beds. Only sheets and one blanket. No one in the office when we arrived. Called & texted the numbers but no one answered. Walked to the restaurant on the property to wait, ask about the hotel, eat & found the owner there. Could of had a note posted by the office to go to the restaurant to get keys. Could of had the refrigerator plugged in for us.

Easy to find, and a less busy area in Door County. Easily able to drive to more popular areas but avoid the noise when you want to rest.
Minimal staffing, no office/front desk, check in at bar, so unsure where to go for checkout or request extra coffee supplies for 2nd day.

Very smooth check-in. Easy access on the hi-way. Just a walk to the lakeside park if you want to have a quick sunrise view. And there is a pub beside the hotel if your down with some drinks too. All in all our stay in this small hotel is great. If we're going back here next summer will definitely choose this again.

Excellent location right across from a public park/beach. Excellent food at the bar next door! I love this side of door county away from the crowds but close to Whitefish Dunes and Cave Point County County Park!
The mattress could have been softer and the room could use some blackout curtains.

We loved the small size of the hotel and the fact that we could drive right up to your room, no hallways or elevators. We really liked being on the quiet side of the peninsula. It's great to have a restaurant right next door with superb food. The host were very friendly and even changed us to a first floor room. The room is huge and extremely clean. Beds very comfortable

It was very clean and convenient to have Mikes pub right next door.
The address is misleading on the website. We thought we were staying in sturgeon bay as it states that is the address. Jacksonport wasn’t very convenient for us. More clarification on location would be helpful.

the room was big, clean and had everything we needed. the location was right across from the lake and we could just walk to see the beautiful sunrise every morning. the quaint bar/restaurant next door was very nice with a hometown feeling. Great place if you want a nice, quiet and no frills place with friendly and great service, along with a comfortable, clean room

I thought the place was clean and of great value. The employees/owners were very friendly and helpful.
There was a cool breeze, coming from a gap along or around the air condition/heat unit. Even though we did not turn the unit on, the room was a bit chilly overnight.
