That it included breakfast and was in a good area.

We had 5 guest total in our room, wity only 3 towels. Due to so we had to ask for additional towels. It was a hassle to get them. When we did, it was only after they demanded we give the dirty ones back. We also had issues with our TV; it kept going in and out if service evertime we would walk by it.

The time we spend their was good quality family time, it would of been better if they had hot breakfast everyday, I guess they had issue with delivery of supplies or something to that effect they made the best with what they had specially been Thanksgiving. The supplies were in a day before we checked out and we had hot breakfast the day we checked out. I hope that the staff their has the full support of the Radisson brand, they deserve it they are really nice folks

The environment and staff were great. I was able to meet my three year old Great-Grandchildren who just so happens to be twins and we had a great two day stay together.

it was clean even though the door kept sticking, you had to bust into the room upon each entry.

Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of choices. The beds were surprisingly very comfortable- best we’ve seen while traveling in a long time!

There were only 3 pillows and when asking for more we were told there were none - which at that point my husband went and asked and was able to get 2 more!

The breakfast was ok. Staff was nice they made sure the lobby area was clean.

I chose the location because it stated there was a hot tub. When we arrived, we found out the hot tub was closed indefinitely.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. We had a suite and the room was very nice with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. This hotel is very conveniently located for the Illinois State Beach Park and many other activities nearby.

It was really nothing against the hotel or their fault... Due the covid the use of the pool was limited with no hot tub at all, however it was nice that you were able to at least use it for an hour a day upon sign up. We also did not get to partake in the breakfast that is typically offered. I'm sure both of these amenities/services are built into the price of the room which was not lowered from regular prices.

Just being aware of the $75 room deposit required before check in. I did not see that on the internet site! It wasn’t a problem for me but I don’t like surprises! And the change in policy regarding pets not being allowed. That is poor marketing on your part!

All the construction. Bathroom plug didn't work. Side door key fob didn't work so we had to walk around the whole hotel to get to our room at the end

The shower had amazing water pressure, and everything was very clean.

There was a deposit like most hotels, but this one was around $75. That information was not expressed until I went to pay for the room. It was a bit of a surprise, but it was back in my account the day I checked out.

We stayed on the top floor in the double king suite, loved the rooms but the hallway was intensely hot from lack of AC. Also the breakfast in a bag was horrible, regular breakfast needs to come back.

The location was perfect, right by the state beach state park. Plenty of stores and restaurants around too.
