Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Milwaukee Airport, an IHG Hotel

It is a great location between the airport and visiting my family in Greendale. We like the two bedroom suite when traveling with children. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff.

The room is a bit worn down. I stayed in the same 2-bedroom suite in December 2023. The towel rack fell off the wall in the bathroom. I told the staff. On this visit, the towel rack fell down again! I let the staff know. The table in the room was in bad shape and needed some attention. In the two bedroom suite - there are windows in the door between the two rooms?! Rather odd for privacy purposes. In December, we bought some Christmas wrapping paper to tape over the windows between the rooms!!

The customer service was excellent! Everyone was super nice. I was worried we weren't going to get conjoined rooms but when I got there the lady at desk said we have you in rooms next to each other and it's conjoined. I was so happy. Not every place takes into account kids when guest book two rooms. I was very pleased.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Great breakfast choices. The pool was kid friendly with a basketball hoop and sprinklers for the tiny ones. Hot tub for adults was great. My grandson didn't want to leave .

I thought fresh towels would be brought to our room while we were out. Im sure if I asked they would have been provided.

The property was close to Milwaukee Summer Fest. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Upon check-in, our group needed adjoining two queen bedrooms. The woman at the desk moved around a few other reservations who didn't need adjoining rooms to accommodate our request. So wonderful! The complimentary breakfast was an excellent way to start our day before check out. We will stay at this hotel again in the future.

The breakfast was great. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was further from the central city, than I thought, but it was fine. Staff were very polite and courteous and the manager went above and beyond in helping me with something I didn’t know about. Thank you.

The bed. It was too firm. My husband has back problems so he wasn’t able to sleep on the bed. He slept on the chaise lounge, that was in our room. Maybe get beds that are not as firm. Thank you.

Breakfast was good, the facility was very nice. The price was a little more than We were hoping to pay,, however the hotel was nicer than we expected. The pool was perfect, since we had young children with us. The pictures of the child friendly pool is the reason I booked at this hotel

More of the staff wearing masks. The door to the bathroom needs fixing—it is so loud and difficult to open and close that it wakes others in the room

Definitely a nice hotel for the money. Cheap compared to a lot of others in the area. Very nice pool area if you have younger kids. Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious, staff was friendly. Absolutely no major complaints.

My only complaint about my whole stay was the breakfast. It was just a muffin and a cup of fruit. But honestly can’t even really fault them for that, a lot / if not all of hotels are doing that right now because of Covid and want people to social distance. Overall no major complaints.

The size of the room was nice. The bed was really comfortable. The staff was wonderful. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The kids had sooo much fun! We requested a crib for the baby and they delivered it to our room put together and made up! Even had nice baby blankets!

There were splatters of something on the ceiling in the room, and what looked like blood on the bathroom wall. Even though we were in a non smoking room, the smell of smoke was there. Either someone before us, or the house keeper left the smell in the room.

The breakfast was good. It had a wide variety and good coffee. The pool area had a great Hot tub, and the pool was great for my grandchildren. Nice clean bathroom in the room. Plenty of bathrooms throughout the building.

The coffee machine in my room didn't work and the basketball hoops in the pool area were missing.

Room were of amble size with comfortable beds/pillows. Pool area was great entertainment for our 5 & 7 year old. Breakfast was nice to have on-site. Facility was very secure with accommodating staff.

More breakfast options would be appreciated. Bathrooms and rooms could use some updating. Kids disappointed that the basketball hoops/nets were not available.
