Holiday Inn Milwaukee Airport, an IHG Hotel

Staff was friendly and the facility was exceptionally clean. We were upgraded to a nicer room when ours wasn't quite ready upon our arrival

The Keurig in our room could use a good cleaning. The hot tub was out of order and that was one reason we chose the facility. That didn't lessen the fact that it was a very nice place and very clean. We skipped the breakfast included with our room. Was fairly busy in the eating area with only one staff member for many people. Since we were on a tight schedule we couldn't wait. Would just not include breakfast with our room next time as was an extra cost that we ended up not using.

I liked how close it is to downtown Milwaukee, the price of the room was fantastic I used booking.com which I use regularly for hotel stays. They did not disappoint. That extra $50 that you have to pay at your stay is actually reacted to the price from booking.com. So you get that back at the end of your stay, which I like that. The staff is is Holiday Inn is amazing! Will definitely stay again.

The hotel itself was a little outdated in style lies for the rooms. But that's really the only thing I could say I didn't like, but it's not even that I didn't like it just needs to be updated a little bit more. The facilities for food the pool and the lobby were fantastic.

We got a suite. room was big and spacious and clean. Hotel was close to Culvers and was just 13-15 min drive to all the places we wanted to go

Pillows were way too soft could sleep comfortably,Breakfast was NOT included in the rate. Had to pay $15 and food was definitely not worth it. Wasn’t allowed to see the food before I paid. Better off going to Ihop which was close by.

I loved the restaurant. The hotel was also clean and up to date with decor.

The hotel was understaffed. I waited 10 minutes before someone came to the front desk to check me in. Also when I ordered breakfast, the server and the cook was the same person. I waited 30 minutes for food. When I got the order, it was the wrong order. I was too hungry to return it.

Was in a very nice location. close to many food options and nice facility overall.

The restaurant in the facility, only had 3 food options on the menu and the the ladies in the restaurant talked about other employees loud enough where customers could hear. Pool closes too early.

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Also the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel many times before and never had any complaints about the hotel or the staff. We normally have our children with us but this time we came for our 10th year anniversary. We will visiting again soon since it's my wife's favorite hotel lol.

We didn't get breakfast because they were late opening and expensive. But, the front desk staff was helpful and nice, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the shower was roomy and amazing.

The breakfast situation was the only issue

Easy to find, very close to downtown, only 10 minutes from Fiserv Forum and Wisconsin Center. Liked the dressing area with mirror, bench and hooks outside bathroom.

Did not find any materials for TV channel listing.

before booking I wasn’t told the entire hotel was a construction zone

Beds were comfortable and except for the one staff member the rest were helpful and kind.

Was continually harrased by the staff. We weren't very loud and most of us had already left the hotel, so for him to keep knocking on my door and pulling me to the side to basically attempt to give us a curfew was very irritating and ruined what was at 1st a great New Year celebration.
