Sleep Inn & Suites Airport Milwaukee

Staff was super friendly and accompanying. We had concerns about a dark spot under the mattress cover. The front desk guy was understanding and helpful as he and my husband searched the spots. It was just lint. Lol Thankfully, no bed bugs as we suspected. The front desk was helpful in putting our food in their refrigerator so we could go out for the day and explore the city after we checked out.

The stairs and hallway in the back of the hotel needs to be painted and cleaned. Guests sometimes use these steps and not just the elevators. The same old donut layed in the hallway for 3 days! Lot of big stains and spots on the rugs

I thought the hotel was Very Clean and offered a great breakfast selection. The room was so nice, the king bed was so comfortable and we loved the big 65 inch TV as well. We travel to Wisconsin about 5 times a year to visit family and I will definitely stay there again!! VERY SATISFIED

I didn't care for the walk-in shower which is just a preference with me because I prefer a bathtub, however, the shower head was nice but because it was a walk-in with no shower curtain it was a little cold inside the shower. Otherwise all was good.

Close to I43 ,so quick access to the city (6-8 mi) Good breakfast ,enough choices , view on garden Quiet location,no noise from traffic or airport

More like an airport hotel for people who are just looking for a place to sleep after or before a flight...nothing in neighborhood. Airconditioning in breakfast room could be better - On Saturday the breakfast lady had opened the air-conditioned space next to breakfast room and thus temperatures were nice.But on Sunday another breakfast lady closed it off,and temperature rose quickly to a not very nice level.....

I liked the modern design of the rooms. Clean. Environmentally conscious.I liked that they included a receptacle for recycling (not just a wastebasket) in the room. I liked that they used refillable dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, eliminating the tiny plastic containers usually provided for guests at most hotels. The plates, utensils, beverage containers used at the breakfast were compostable. Lovely lobby and good location in Chinatown

You had to pay for parking. $25 for parking ramp next to the hotel with no in and out privileges. $10 for a municipal lot a block or two away from the hotel. You could find free on-the-street parking, but spaces were. usually available after 8 p.m.

We really enjoyed our stay here. perfect location close to downtown Milwaukee. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Everyone we seen always had a smile and always said have a nice or great day. We didn’t have any problems when we had asked for extra bath towels (usually we have run into we cannot have extra towels no rhyme or reason just told no). But we only experienced the best service from check-in to check-out. The pool and hot tub were very clean. There were plenty of towels for guests. The pool towels are pretty big, so they dry you off really well. We didn’t use the workout room but it was very clean. More importantly the rooms were very clean. The bathroom was also very clean and a nice size. The coffee is available 24 hours and very good Always fresh when we got a cup. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The only complaint we had was breakfast. We tried a few of the options and nothing tasted good. The sausage had a weird taste to me. Almost like it was microwaved. I had a bowl of cereal but couldn’t have more than a spoonful due to the milk tasting like metal. It was not expired milk - not even close to expiration date. It just had a metal taste to it. Lastly I tried a bagel with peanut butter I had only half of it. I felt bad since I threw away so much food, but it did not taste good to me. There are several options but nothing was to my liking.

Stayed here for 1 night whilst on a USA road trip holiday from Australia. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was nicely decorated, fresh and clean. It was also quite spacious. The WIFI worked well, as did the TV. There was a free washer and dryer for guests to use- which we did during our stay. We also enjoyed the nice warm spa. Breakie the next morning was quite adequate.

Unfortunately our fridge did not have a freezer in it, which would have been handy for re freezing the freezer blocks we require to use to transport medication at a cold temperature. Also we could not turn off the air conditioner properly overnight. The bed was a bit firm for us, but that is a personal choice. But apart from that we had a pretty nice overnight stay here.

All the employees were very nice and helpful. The location was awesome....close to interstate, easy on/off, we left our vehicle at the motel and was brought to and from airport....VERY PROMPTLY. Good choice of restaurants close by...second time here and would definitely stay again. Our flight was before continental breakfast started but they had a goodies bag for us that morning at the desk.

The pool and hot tub were closed down...hopefully renovations will be complete on our next stay.

It’s a decent location very close to the interstate. The bed was comfortable for both of us (we have a sleep number at home 30/35-40). Down at the end of the parking lot is a Wendy’s for a quick cheapish bite. We had the hot tub and pool to ourselves before going out for dinner! Free breakfast from 6-9a includes Belgian waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, milk & cereal, fruit and drinks; pretty good b&g w/eggs before taking off for the day :) A/C was more than adequate with a lightweight duvet (we appreciate being able to sleep pretty cool). The lady working during afternoon check-in has always been friendly and the place overall has always been clean!

The price was great. We had 2 beds for our family of 4. The space was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice. Always had towels available. Breakfast was hot and plenty of it. Hot tea, coffee, and hot cocoa all day in the main lobby. Plenty of food within walking distance or delivery available. The atmosphere of the hotel was very laid back.

I asked for one of their specific breakfasts. Each person I was told me to ask another. It never happened. The pool towels were weak, threadbare. But they were just pool towels, so no big deal. Pool was slightly small. Wished it was more functional for laps or a deep end. Fitness room was very small.

Convenient to American Family Field. Fair price. Close to airport. Glad they had shuttle service to airport. Would of been even better if the shuttle would of taken us to the concert but all in all excellent place to stay.

I hate hotels with Carpet. It's just gross and has a funk smell. A shower curtain liner would of been nice. So you didn't end up soaking the floor.
