Breakfast was good, the ladies that ran were efficient and tried to keep food ready for guests. The new General manager was very talkative and great as well as the others we had contact with. Anything we asked for was promptly given. Note to GM: I had seen that one of the guests had an Issue opening their door. Battery dead I believe, the locks on the doors I had at 1 of my properties. I would invest in a Under the door tool for these doors and locks since when the batteries go dead there is no way to open them unless you call a door lock company out. You can Google Under the Door tool it is about $40-$ 50.00 from the last time I bought one, it is a life saver believe me. Any questions let me know.

Some kids running up and down the hall at night. Oh, and my door Rm. 210 to open the door had to lift up on the handle to open the door, just an FYI not a complaint. I have had that issue too with those door locks type.

The property was well kept and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was pretty good at the hotel, they had a lot of hot breakfast options such as Belgian waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, and more. They had lots of breakfast snacks like fresh fruit (bananas and oranges), donuts, muffins etc. The staff was really friendly and helpful. When I arrived, Dan gave me good suggestions for places to eat and drink in the area and let me know about all hotel. Kayla was friendly and made breakfast every morning. The 24/7 coffee, hot chocolate, and tea was a nice treat was well. The room was fine, the king sized bed was comfortable and the heat and A/C worked. The pool was clean and the whirlpool was relaxing. The sauna was pretty small, I would say one or two people could fit inside comfortably. If you need to do laundry they have a small room by the vending and ice machine on the ground floor. You’ll need about $4 in quarters total for use of everything in the laundry room (washer, dryer, detergent, and fabric softener). All in all I enjoyed my stay here and I recommend staying here.

very clean, and the staff was so nice! the mobility handicap room was very nice, nice bathroom with a good shower stool. but sadly only had one queen bed and small pull out couch, for two older bigger people not much room. the basic room had a great amount of room to move around in if you need that more then a handicap shower/ big bathroom. breakfast was ok, not bad but a typical hotel breakfast

wish for a king in the handicap or at least two beds. and some firmer pillows would have been nice, all were super soft.

The room was very clean . The motel was easy to find and the room was very near the front desk. It was not cleaned while we were gone as we stayed 3 nights. We were glad of that as covid is still going. Even though we have had our vaccines and boosters, we try to be careful.

Well my only complaint was the breakfast. There was no eggs when we ate and the gravy was cold. There were many other choices like waffles and cold cereal but I didn't care for them. We tried getting there for breakfast earlier each day but the gravy was cold. Maybe that was because the biscuits were very cold.

We stopped on our arrival to Door County at about 1:30 pm and asked whether by chance they had a room available for an early check-in - the woman who greeted us was not friendly at all - and a terrible initial contact with the hotel. However, the woman on duty the next morning and the same woman who checked us out could not have been more pleasant - and really made an impression. You should have her train all of your staff! I would return because of her. I am sorry to say that I do not have her name. But, she should be praised.

Very friendly, ease of check in and parking. Location was great for my needs with nearby store and good. It was quiet, clean and breakfast was easy and had enough variety so I did not need to find breakfast elsewhere.

Shower. Showers are always iffy in even the best hotels. Messing with the pull up to get the shower on and water pressure. I'm always impressed when I find a good one but this wasn't terrible.

It was a nice size

The fact that the hotel credit card machine kept reading my card as fraud, and when I called my bank to see what was going on, they told me my expiration date was coming up wrong and to have the clerk manually punch it in and she refused and continued to argue with me that it was not their machines. Come to find out they ran my husband card and that ended up fraud until she manually entered my husband card with tge expiration and it went through. Imagine that!! Very rude when it came to check in.

It was quiet, no rowdie guests to keep us awake.

Breakfast was a step above continental, but hot items were not plentiful. As soon as it was place in warmers, it was taken. We ended up eating out the other days. We had a three night stay, but there was no service to change towels or to empty trash.

The location of the hotel, the breakfast, ALL the staff were very friendly and personable. The gentleman at the front desk was very informative and we had a great conversation and the lady who gave us more towels was so polite and friendly

It was fine just the way it was

Friendly staff and clean spaces and rooms. Good free breakfast, It was easy to find, and it had a gas station close by. Also, it had a target store really close by to pick up supplies at a reasonable price.

There was no view of the lake, but it wasn't too far to see it.
