La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Wausau

I really liked the guy who gets the breakfast ready in the morning he worked the night shift Both times we were there this month but I can’t single him out every one of the maids who clean the rooms had their part in sharing a smile The pool was nice it was late in the night and there was still plenty of pool towels

One thing that could’ve been better when we stayed there about a month ago there was one heck of an ice storm that took everyone by surprise I heard an old lady complaining about falling in the parking lot them things are unfortunate but may be a little salt they were on it though once again your staff was above the rest

BY FAR the best La Quinta we have ever stayed in. Absolutely clean (even though they were under construction, you would never know), staff was personable and property was impeccable!!!!

☺️ . Nothing I didn't like ... I say 5 star ... Was absolutely better then the hotel I stayed at in Weston and that was at AmercInn .. they had hair in the tub ... Fruit flies ... Breakfast was a joke they had no eggs not a very good selection of food to choose from ... The bfast lady was rude and a person that was loud talking politics couldn't enjoy my bfast in peace ... I will never stay there again ...

Everything. It was such a good price for really a wonderful hotel. Everything was very clean, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Pool/hot tub area was nice, breakfast + coffee in the morning! They were friendly to my little dog, and very welcoming to us. The guy who checked us in at night was super sweet and friendly. The exit location was great, lots of good restaurants & even a bowling alley/bar! I would really recommend the La Taquaria down the road. Amazing food.

Toilet was not secure. there was construction still going on in the hallway, maybe they weren't finished when I stated. I wish the hotel (all hotels) use fresh eggs, nopt powdered. Very bad tasting. Sugar free syup clogged. SAME AS TWO WEEKS AGO.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool and spa area were very nice. The whole property has/is being renovated. A very nice midrange hotel choice.

The layout of the bathroom was not my personal favorite.

Pleased with the prepackaged breakfast solution. Love the convenient location and value.

Our room was just past the laundry room so the hallway was always partially blocked with linens and we had a lovely ground level view of the dumpsters. Unpleasant smell sometimes from sink drain.

I checked out before I had a chance to eat breakfast, myself and my fiance had to work in a few hours, however the breakfast room looked clean and we'll maintained I would have eaten in it if given the chance

Not so many underworld types having rooms in the hotel made it uncomfortable outside the door and the parking lot alone for my fiance,the men would stare at her like she was a victim to be taken advantage of

Location excellently close to restaurants and pharmacy But quiet. The staff was EXCELLENT in helping me get my sick mother to a safe room ASAP and extended her stay until I could move her. (Her apartment was out of electricity due to storms) she was having a COPD flare due to lack of AC and functional oxygen concentrator.

The outside of the building needs paint or upgrade. But really, inside it's quite nice.

The staff was friendly but over worked. The pool and hot tub area was very clean. The traffic to the pool(due to Corona Virus) was very well maintained. The bed was really comfy and our room really clean. The bagged breakfast was really well rounded. The heating/cooling system worked wonderfully! The parking lot was really well lit. The entry keys/locks worked instantly.

The property seemed under staffed. We had to wait at the front desk for 20minutes to be let into the pool area because the front desk person was swamped checking people in. Our bathroom was tiny, 6’x7’ including the tub area.
