Best Western Wittenberg Inn

It was very very clean and good value. Good location.

1st did not like the fact that a deposit was put on my card on the 9th without my knowledge. Wanted to pay all cash. It was a hassle manager had to call to get my credit. Money finally was credited today the 11th. We were not informed that there roof was being repaired and woke up first morning 7:00 to workers on the roof and throwing stuff off the roof. Very noisy first night some people were jumping around above us late.

Paul was extremely friendly and helpful.

My only issue was that the pillows were extremely tiny. They were like half a pillow plus I don’t know the quality of them? Both my sister and I woke up very stuffed up with sore throats. Something that happens because of allergies to cheaper made pillows. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

The front desk clerk, Kristy, was so nice and helpful. She was able to accommodate me and help me out. I liked the breakfast. I thought there was a good selection.

I thought the rate was on the high side, but this particular weekend was extremely busy and all hotels in the area were booked (they were all similar in price). I have had very nice stays at different BWs across the country, so I knew I would be getting a good clean room.

It was very welcoming and staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable

It’s not near any restaurant or stores. Does have a nice gas station next door The pillows were to soft for me

nothing, but the closest restaurant was not something we would go back to-not a deal breaker for Best Western though.

The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating to us. The beds had plenty of pillows (such a rarity) & the breakfast was INCREDIBLE! It was such a pleasant stay - I will definitely book again if I’m in the area! So nice to see a hotel that goes the extra mile!

I have zero complaints. We had a great stay!

the breakfast was pretty good the girl who worked in there was very nice the whole place was pretty quiet nice to have a restaurant so close at the truck stop

people with a racing team parked their truck and trailer along front of building and took up all the handicap parking spots

Thought breakfast was till 10 but I quess it was done at 9.

The TV did not work properly never a full screen and hard to change channels from with in the room pillows to soft

It was clean & convenient & safe. I was traveling alone and felt very secure at this hotel. I even extended my stay there by a day because I liked it so well. The front desk staff & housekeeping were all very friendly & helpful!

The only thing that needed to be fixed was the LED light in the parking lot that was flashing on & off like a strobe light. Made me wonder initially what kind of hotel it was. I spoke to the person behind the desk about it & they said they were working on getting it fixed but because it’s so high up, they have to wait for a special lift truck to get to it to replace it. It was fine once you got inside the hotel & couldn’t see it anymore. Due to COVID, instead of hot breakfast, they had a take away bag with fruit, water & muffin or doughnuts. This was perfect & I could grab one every day.

The lady st the front desk was friendly and helpful. Very professional.

Our room was over the lobby so there was a lot of noise as people were talking in the lobby and during breakfast.
