Best Western PLUS Casper Inn & Suites

The most important thing always is a clean room. Of the different hotels we have stayed in, this was the cleanest room we have had in a long time. Secondly, the staff was amazing. Specifically, Ray and Ong. They were working the job of, in my opinion, many people. They were very gracious and patient with all of the tasks they had to juggle. I hope you recognize how well these employees handle and manage their positions. The breakfast bar had some issues and probably could have used just one person to look over and manage that, but the guys were checking in, dealing with key problems, cleaning, troubleshooting, filling breakfast items, etc. I understand it's hard to hire right now everywhere, I just want to make sure you appreciate such hard workers with great attitudes. That's rare nowadays. Thank you for your time.

Very pleased w/ our 1 night here. We had a king suite. It was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was crisp and fresh. Front desk was very efficient.

For me, the bed. I suffer from hip arthritis and the bed could have had a nice memory foam topper. But that’s me and my own physical needs. Many beds do t work well for me as my body is so sensitive.

Location is off the interstate, but far enough away that you don’t hear any traffic noise. The hot tub was amazing. Sauna too. Rooms neat and clean. Friendly front desk staff, good breakfast. If I ever need to stay over in Casper again, I’ll be here

The breakfast was delicious! This is a very clean and we'll maintained hotel. The machines in the workout area are stable and there's 2 nice flat screen tvs to watch. I brought my Yorkie with me so it cost a few $ extra . They have a floor of rooms for us animal lovers ! The front desk staff was great. Easy check in experience.

Comfortable bed, clean and a nice pool

The only hotel which charged us a full price for holding the room, then also charged us the full price on top of that. They said it could take up to 30 days to be refunded, not acceptable, a very poor policy which should be changed as no other hotel does this. Change the waffle machine for a pancake machine

This hotel was very clean and nice. The check-in attendant was very nice and brought us an extra blanket. Breakfast had a very good spread for a continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

It was pretty far north in Casper, which was fine since we were heading out that way in the morning, but it is definitely not downtown.

We had reservations for a different hotel in Casper the day of arrival but as I began to read more recent reviews I became nervous. So thanks to the free cancellation I canceled the original hotel and booked at this one. We booked a Queen suite and it was HUGE our family of 5 had so much space! It was super clean, clean big bathroom, lots of pillows and comfortable pillows and bed. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast was the best of the 3 hotels we’ve used this trip so far. Close to many stores and restaurants.

All hotels could learn from this property. I care most about cleanliness and it was excellent! They took COVID seriously. A few staff in the morning did not have masks but otherwise they did. Also we could see and smell the cleanliness. I quit staying at BW ore COVID due to less clean than other chains. I tried them again after reading about their COVID measures. If they are all like this I will definitely try other BW. Oh, bfast was COVID friendly with grab and go and plastic gloves for all. Exceptional! (Grab and go were hot sandwiches)also very quiet!

Ray at the front desk was very kind and helpful, he told us about the rewards program and saved us money on our stay. The room was perfect for our family of 6 with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. The extra bedding and pillows in the closet were so nice to have right on hand. The beds were super comfortable and we loved how clean everything was. The breakfast was great! Keep up the great work!

Front desk staff was friendly and professional, facility cleanliness was great, a comfortable nights sleep. The breakfast buffet had many nice options.

One morning a busy breakfast buffet service closed almost 10 minutes early, food actually carried to the back with families holding plates. Not sure how that decision was made by the on duty manager. Maybe a friendly reminder of "last call" on food service keeps guests happy and staff on schedule with no wasted food.
