Super 8 by Wyndham Casper West by the River

Desk clerk was very friendly. Enjoyed the popcorn. Was happy there was a cold refrigerator in the room. My son Appreciated the recliner in the room so he could sleep without laying down. Loved the double shower heads and the big quality bath towels. Appreciated the quick breakfast. Booked online for a very affordable rate on short notice as we decided to leave Riverton Thursday early evening, so we didn't have to drive in the dark Friday morning to be at a medical procedure at 7AM Would definitely stay there again!

Everything was perfect!

The motel is in a great location, pretty quiet and near to many restaurants. shops and tourist attractions easy to reach and with a Walmart 3 minutes away by car. The staff were super-friendly and very helpful. The room was a little small but perfectly OK for a couple of nights. There was a guest laundry and the continental breakfast had plenty of choice. Refill packs of coffee were available for the in-room machine. The queen bed was comfortable.

The queen bed was more like a double, so a little small for two tall people and had only one side table, so my wife had nowhere to put her phone, jewellery or drink. A small side table would help. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay, but suggest booking a king bed! There wasn't one available when I booked.

When we pulled up my husband said "we're staying at a Super 8?!" (I had been in charge of travel arrangements and simply chose the hotel closest to our friends house) He was VERY surprised and pleased at how very clean and nice the room was, and the staff is SO nice! We live in Denver and this was like being on another planet, so refreshing!

The ONLY thing was that the tub was just a little bit dirty - but the AWESOME showerhead made up for it! All in all the bathroom was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in, and so said my husband who used to travel a lot for work.

Clean hotel, clean rooms, polite staff, nice place to stay price was fair. I would stay here again. There wasn't anything that really stood out other than the hotel is okay.

Everything was really just fine no complaints at all. Everything was clean. Air conditioner worked wonderfully and quietly. What could have been a real improvement was their breakfast bar. I asked myself when I saw it why did they even bother. Thank God you got a ponchos right next door that serves up a wonderful Mexican breakfast.

To be honest this was a fantastic hotel especially given the price. We had been on vacation for over two weeks from England, staying at a variety of hotels. At the moment, there are problems everywhere with lack of staff and shortage of supplies however this didn't impact on mighty Super 8. Great staff, nice welcome, great breakfast....whats not to like. I recommend you go there as they deliver, where others fail. Great hotel.

No faults really. Its a bit out of town but that was clear in the information.

The staff was wonderful. Friendly, efficient, helpful. They visited with us at breakfast, we had a great conversation. I thought one of the staff was the manager because of the way she was taking care of the dining and breakfast area, but alas, she was not. She should be in line to be the manager!! Great experience, would stay there again.

More breakfast choices would have been nice, ran out of eggs, but not a big deal.

This is my go-to motel in Casper. The location is perfect, the staff is friendly, and breakfast is very good. Because Casper is centrally located in the state, many events take place there. I find myself there for both business and personal reasons.

Somebody had either smoked in our room previously or smoked outside and then brought the smell inside.

It was a beautiful location.

The beds are not queens. They are full. Thankfully, there were two, so we each had a bed. Otherwise, we would have had an issue trying to sleep in the same bed. We were very bummed about the bed size, and them being advertised as queen sized beds.

Breakfast was good as they had real eggs for protein…much variety after apparently having little choice for months! Very nice staff. We were travelling in motor home pulling a tow. Lots of parking space.

Online booking was poor. Did not receive confirmation until we’d arrived ! Would rather phone Hotel directly and book with a real person.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable - the shower worked well. The full, hot breakfast was wonderful. We got a terrific dinner suggestion as well.

It’s location and the parking was not easy to manage.
