La Quinta by Wyndham Casper Event Center Area

The young woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful when we checked in. We had an issue with the tub and she offered to come look at it but it did drain eventually and I said it would be fine. She then offered to come clean it out and I told her that I could use the shampoo to do that. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast smelled so good be since we were leaving early we did not take the time to eat.

We had standing water in our tub but it drain eventually and I then cleaned it out with the shampoo. I assume that the cleaning crew probably knew this and did not tell anyone. No Wi-Fi was available.

The room was clean and smelling like fresh drywall and remodel, which isn't bad. They have been putting in work to refresh the hotel. The entire bottom floor seems to be in this process while the 2nd floor is already remodeled and open to guests. Breakfast was surprising and actually had eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits, and gravy, as well as the normal toast and cereal. For $80 I was expecting toast and cereal at most.

The parking lot was pretty sketchy and dark. It seemed like a bad part of town, and we ran into our fare share of sketchy people.

The hot tub was lovely and comforting. We were stuck in a historic snow storm while staying at this hotel in Casper, the staff was very helpful, and kind even with limited resources and staff. No one new staff could make it into work, and truck deliveries were also limited. Despite these obstacles the staff were very kind, helpful, and offered as much assistance on road conditions, hospitality and laxed check outs as they could.

I always stay here when in Casper, it is my go to place, close enough to the highway but far enough away for the noise.

middle doors were locked from the outside which made it difficult for people in the middle rooms to get in without putting a rock or something in the door to keep it open so you could get back in. this was a real inconvenience especially in 95 degree weather trying to get your stuff to the room. it also isn’t safe keeping the door open, so I would like to see that changed.

The facility was very nice and it was clean. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was nice.

The Wi-Fi in our room was not working. They promised to come and look at it but never did. Finally it got too late because we were going to bed so called then to tell them forget it. They apologized when we checked out but we still didn’t have internet.

We had a king room and it was very comfortable. There was no issue with us having our dog with us. Great restaurant next door ( The Fort) and we had a super dinner without having to "go out" Grab and go breakfast wasn't what we wanted so we went elsewhere.

I got charged a fee for smoking in the room, which we didn't do. However, my husband is a smoker and went outside to smoke. It may have lingered on his clothes and I explained that. They did refund that fee, for which I was grateful.

The young gentleman at the front was exceptional in his customer service. I had accidentally booked my room for the wrong month and he got us a room and fixed the booking for me. He was also training a new employee and they were very busy. We had to stay another night due to weather and again he got us a room and everything worked out great!!

Check in staff were great (and told us exactly we here to park for easy access to our room) and the breakfast was ace 🥓 🥚☕🍎. The restaurant/bar next door was great.

The place is very spread out, so it was a five min walk to breakfast (deffo ask for a close room if you need it) the plumbing made noises through the night.

Good beds, great breakfast, Pancakes, bread, bagels, egg, bacon, cornflakes, milk, coffee, jus 'd Orange and apple. Cornflakes etc. Its a quiet room

The Cheer in the room at the desk, to old and damaged. No place to sit outside worh other people (but is it not a Bar). I had a great stay.

The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. Nice pillows. It was clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast included.

The carpet was old. There were holes in the sheer curtains and the curtains weren’t wide enough to cover the window. No gluten free options for breakfast except fruit.
