Motel 6-Casper, WY

I have never made a reservation online before. The app was easy even for a non-tech person like me. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They have the Best coffee! Being a smoker, even though they didn't have smoking rooms I felt safe going outside at all hours to smoke. Very Family and Pet friendly atmosphere ❤ I needed to do some laundry and the facilities were conveniently located and pretty clean. I would definitely recommend Casper Motel 6. And hopefully they will have a vacancy my next trip to Casper ❤❤❤

The part I didn't like was that I had to go home 😔

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and cheery colors.

Although I was not happy about the fact that when I extended my stay another day through Bookings, (another issue with bait & switch) it’s not my fault Motel 6 system doesn’t work with Bookings, I should be rewarded for wanting to stay longer and stay in the same room and not be punished. but then asked if I could stay in the room that they gave me because they ran out of the room that I had reserved they charged me a higher rate then my booking rate. But my overall stay was enjoyable.

The room was exceptional and worked incredibly well. Staff was outstanding and super friendly. It was clean. There were two adorable stray kitties in the bushes off the parking lot that made my daughter extremely happy.

Having to wait until last second to check in after traveling so far. some front desk staff speaking to other staff in their native language in front of customers and the gentleman in front of me was not happy about it and to me it feels disrespectful. And one reason we stayed was for outdoor pool that was not even open or ready for use. Key deactivated after sitting in wallet and had to go back down (but wasn’t a bad thing. Just inconvenient)

I arrived at 5:30 to check-in. The housekeeper was in the office and got very dramatic and decided that she needed to tell me that all of the guests for that day checked out very early, so she has been trying to keep up with it all. Didn't make sense because if they left earlier than normal she would have more time to clean. Anyway I left for an hour to eat a bite of food and returned. The main clerk barely said anything but it took him about 5 minutes to check me in. I grumbled about the length of time he was taking and he snapped at me that he was in the process of it. I told him that a professional would be informing the guest of each step so that they didn't think he was playing solitaire on his desk top.

The property was a little rundown on the outside but the room was good

The staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient. The entire facility was extremely clean and all amenities were available. We were also allowed to use the bbq grill on the property. I recommend this property to everyone.

Nothing they were awesome.

I stayed here for one night after reaching by 9:30 PM & leaving early by 5:30 in the morning, I liked the room setup, it was clean & bed was ok. One thing which I liked the most is, they don't have rug in the room which is wonderful because rugs are the most dirty thing in the Motel but they got rid of it, that was most perfect thing I found.

For my short stay of around 8 hours in the night, I didn't find anything which was not good.

It was clean, cool, and comfortable and the price was good.

I have bad knees so carrying suitcases up and down stairs was scary. I asked for a room on the first floor, but none were available.

We liked the rooms as they had comfortable beds and nice restrooms. We liked the staff.

We didn't like the many mosquitoes and the sound of what we think was the condensate all night.

It was convenient and check in was easy. The room was simple, clean and modern. The view out of the giant window was overlooking Casper with the mountains in the background. Pretty damn stunning.

The beds were old and you could pretty much feel every spring. They did the trick but it wasn't too comfy.
