Clean hotel, good facilities overall for the Hilton brand Quiet rooms/hotel, good size room and very comfortable bed Good breakfast ($11 hot option) - good coffee The staff went above a beyond, everyone is so nice here The waitress/kitchen/bar staff was fantastic - ate dinner, had a drink, and ate breakfast during our stay Good location off the highway, we were coming back from Tetons/Yellowstone and this place was safe, clean, and easy to stop overnight Decent treadmill in the gym for my morning on the road 5K short run beverages in small cafe at reasonable prices, needed bottled water, etc for the road

Location was perfect, hotel was very clean.

Your staff should investigate before assuming. Our small (11 pound) dog was never alone at the hotel and yes he barked twice at someone walking down the hall sounding like they were thumping the walls. We received a call to silence the dog immediately. That’s rude punk stuff. I did hear the very large dog in the next room bark very loudly several times, but we didn’t complain about it. Just aggravating. Thnx…

Breakfast was great. Very nice hotel and room. In a nice location close to downtown Casper, WY.

The rate I was charged did not match the booking.com price. The front desk staff was aware of it when I brought it up and changed it back to the booking.com rate. Be sure to check your invoice/bill when checking out to insure Hilton does not increase the rate from the booking.com rate.

The staff was exceptional at every level (best we've experienced at any hotel). The food service was very good. We highly recommend staying here & will be back.

The only complaint would be in the room layout - you can't open the door to your room if someone inside left the bathroom door open. This was true in the king room, as well as the 2 queen sized room. Workable, but odd. Also, the mini fridge tended to want to freeze a few things

It was a good location, near the airport.

There were no trash can liners. Might sound petty, but I had a covid rapid test to dispose of.... The shower curtain was in such a way that I didn't know if the tub had been cleaned or not. It was a good stay; I just expected more.

Room was nice and comfortable, very clean

The Bar was way over priced, the bartender was terrible, I thought I was in an Airport, never have I paid that much for a cocktail, won’t ever stay there again. 10 dollar snickers bar, 10 dollars for a bag of chips insane, we didn’t buy them.

Food for breakfast was delicious. Loved the sausage and omelet. Not free but reasonably priced. Also liked how it arrived quickly. To top it off, I can accumulate HHonors points for my stay.

Did not care for dinner - caesar salad with steak slices added. Waitress did not ask how I wanted the steak cooked and it arrived well done (overcooked). Salad dressing too thick and globby, did not spread evenly on the salad. You should try Cardini's caesar salad dressing - it's the best.

Fantastic place! Beds were comfortable. Gym was amazing. Didn't use pool or hot tub but looked really nice. Bought the breakfast but left before it was available. Didnt realize it didn't start til 7am on weekends. My only complaint.

very nice and big enough room, very clean. Nice amenities throughout the hotel (pool, exercise room). Enough and easy parking for many guests.

Average breakfast compared to the name and look of the hotel. Disappointing bar in late afternoon.

The location was good for us since we were traveling from Hill City, SD to Grand Teton National Park and we wanted someplace to stay in between. It was very convenient to the downtown area and the National Historic Trails Interpretive Center. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. We decided to eat dinner in the downtown area but it also had a nice restaurant and bar area on the main floor of the hotel.
