Crescendo Urban Stay

The apartment itself is fairly new, very spacious and clean. Love the washer/dryer and a separate living area.

The location is handy to the main Rd, but it's still a construction site. Our suitcases were all dusty and dirty from dragging them on the dirt rd. Perhaps will be better when everything is completed. The bed wasn't very comfortable with the plastic cover still attached to the mattress that makes too much noise when tossing and turning. The dog barking so loud every night was disturbing. I asked if they have a daily service and the lady said yes. After 3 nights staying there, there was no service at all. Lucky we have a washing machine and dryer to wash our towels everyday.

The views from the room were so wonderful (especially allowing you to enjoy the magic of Monsoon), I never left the room to even explore the city! LOCATION: Located on main road lead to the airport ROOM: I stayed in 1 bedroom suite, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Very spacious suite with a Living room that comes with a Dining area and a decent kitchen(with a big refrigerator, microwave, etc but no Oven) and an equally big Bed Room. enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: city view from both the living room windows and Bedroom windows. AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: fine quality Toiletries FACILITIES: Very good SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high-speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property.

I really like the space, very modern and clean. The staff is very nice & enthusiastic . Solved the problem very quickly. The location a bit far from the center but that's okay. Clean room with full amenities. Cooking utensils are complete and very good. Near West Lake so you can borrow a bicycle to ride around. Bathroom is fully equipped with a dryer, shampoo, and shower gel. Very clean and thoughtful. If I have a chance to go to Hanoi, I will definitely stop here again.

Excellent experience - clean rooms and very helpful staff. I would definitely recommend and the prices are reasonable Feels like you're in a residential development but with amazing facilities. The rooms were large, well kitted out and serviced. Me and my wife stay 2 nights in this feel home apartment, exterior & interior make u feel like condo, very comfortable, room are big, staff are friendly. generally i will still give 5 star with the comfortable feel.

It was a cute little place, great kitchen, tv, shower, air cons all the faculties worked perfectly.

I wished the staff could’ve come and dropped in new bottles of water every day because the four bottles provided at the start did not last the full three day stay. Being on a large main road meant a lot of transport wouldn’t come to pick us up which was very hard when you really needed to be somewhere.

It is a great hotel with fine location. The people at the front desk are all really helpful and gave me good tips for cooking classes, a cruise in Halong Bay and a night street tour in Hanoi which I all booked directly at the hotel. The room was clean, good aircon and an overall great experience. Nice areas to relax as well. Would recommend!

The staff were really helpful, the place was very comfortable and clean with a decent view of the city/nearby lake, you couldn’t really hear the traffic with the balcony doors closed either.

There is a lot of building work going on around the property and on the road nearby. It would have been nice to have some small lamps in the bedroom and living area too - but still all good for the price ☺️

Stayed here for 3 weeks in December then back here to stay for a few days this time on my business trip in Hanoi. It was an oasis of calm and morden, a 10 minute walk to westlake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was beautiful and superb choice. The rooms were so comfortable with so many lovely touches.

Excellent service - helpful and friendly. Thank you to all staff for helping to make my introduction to Vietnam so wonderful as that was my first stay in Hanoi. The rooms are cozy, comfy, and spacious—too bad we’re outside most of the time. From here, the local attractions are just about a 10-minute cab ride away.

Rooms are very clean and completely equipped with everything required. Excellent air conditioning and washing machine. And an amazing internet connection. Very good ! The staff is very nice, congratulations .

Their are building but I imagine soon will be finish, looks very nice what have they done so far.
