La Santé Hotel & Spa

This is a very good location. Everybody runs for the old quartier, but this hotel is on a lively street close to a little & beautiful island on the Ho Tay lake. A 30 minutes walk to the old quartier, and 10-15 minutes with a grab car. Nice coffee shops nearby. Do try Times Coffee. Also recommend taking a walk on the Duc Chinh street and going forward to discover a different Hanoi and other little islands. The rooms is ok for a hotel in Vietnam. You air conditioning has an heating option. Awesome option in January

There is no sky lounge, the place is abandoned.

Easy to understand instructions by staff, was easy to make things happen like trips and taxi orderings.

Well I'm quite sure it was a fluke. Our hotel room had the first day a slight issue when checking in. Our room card didn't turn the power on. The staff had to fiddle it around for a few minutes and it worked fine. We went on a 2 day trip and it didn't work when we got back to our room. We got another room instead with same value. But without a queen-size bed 😅 Staff was more than friendly, family ❤️

The room was very clear, same as a picture. They have all equipment you need and useful The toilet is super lean and nice smell. You can take some special soap for the bathtub and relax. They have 5 different hotel similar around Hanoi This place near local so you can find some food and the place to visit around. You can walk a bit and take the bus go to the airport, it's nice. Highly recommended for stay and will come back if I visit Hanoi again. Thanks 😊!

* Note: I checked in night time so the receptionist was busy with the phone even I was note the time I check in. So minus is the front desk need to take care the customer and know exactly customer when they arrive. So I hope the owner read that reviews and fix that. All the rest is perfect

Staff were very helpful, efficient and welcoming. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food. Our room was very quiet and we rested very well. We even returned late on NYE (>1am) and the gates were attended to let us in.

The WiFi connection didn't fully work from our room, although on the reception lobby worked fine. The shower fittings in our room could be better maintained, but all in all working well. It would be great to have toilets on the breakfast/dinning room, or else hand cleaning wet wipes.

La Sante was a great budget option for our stay in Hanoi. The staff was so friendly and helpful - they helped us arrange cars to the airport and let us store luggage multiple times. Breakfast was yummy and the rooms were clean!

Staff very helpful and organised a pickup from the airport for us as well as a drop back to the airport. Room was comfortable and even though the hotel is within a busy neighbourhood it was quiet. The breakfast was good, good variety and plenty available. Rooms comfortable with air con and tea and coffee facilities available.

No breakfast due to Covid. No seated restaurants, but the hotel allowed me to bring in take aways. And there were plenty of these in the close vicinity. The main market is just up the road and it's only a short walk to the lake.

Nothing really. It would have been nice if the restaurant was open but, due to Covid rules, it wasn't. Not the hotels fault.

Especially the personel in the reception,cultural, very helpful and friendly particularly Martin- good English. A good choice for breakfast: tasty, and also healthy. Generally clean all around hotel. Good location as well. Vlad

Location was great for us as we have friends who live nearby. Was about 20 minute walking distance to the Old Quarter which was fine for us as it was much quieter staying further out. Breakfast was good and the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

good location, nice and helpful stuff, room was nice and very comfortable. Rooms got good facilities.

Apparently the room that I stayed was far from wifi, and wifi was often out of reach. Room was clean but a tiny more cleaning could make it exceptional. Shelfs in closet need a wipe.
