Le Jardin Hotel Haute Couture

We had a three day stay and we were in a classic room with two comfy twin beds. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. Breakfast buffet selection was great and you could also select from the al-a carte menu. Lunch and dinner in the dining room provided great choices as well two set menus to select from. Yum. The roof top garden was a great place to have a cooling drink with a great view of the West lake and the city. The staff throughout the hotel were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Alice, Sally and Emily in reception and waiter Dion. They were a credit to their profession and the hotel.

Christian, one of the staff members, was incredibly friendly. In general we felt very well taken care of by all staff members. To give you one example: we had issues with the internet and they opted to install an entirely new router in the room to help us. Now that is service! The hotel itself is modern and clean. In fact, we liked the hotel so much that we stayed here 3 times in 1 month.

- The shower was blocked and even when room service tried to fix it it was still blocked. - The air conditioning takes forever (5+ hours) to get up to the right temperature in the older rooms.

Loved the the welcome and fabulous service by all staff. The breakfast and dining room had terrific views from the 14th floor . There was also a sun deck which doubled as a night bar in the evening which had just be finished. We stayed 3 nights and didnt bother to venture out to any other eating venues as we found the food great. We had the option to have a swim at the roof top pool but it was too hot.

May be a sun shade over a part of the pool area would have been good. We didnt go to the gym but was an option if you wanted to go. I didnt really have any dislikesr staff.

The Hotel and staff are absolutely wonderful, from the moment that we arrived, we were made to feel so special. Tracey greeted us and checked us in to a beautiful room. She took her time to explain about the local area and booked our trip to Halong Bay and the jeep tour for us I have never experienced customer service like this anywhere in the world, she is an absolute credit to the hotel. We absolutely love the beautiful decor and uniforms that the staff wear. Celine greeted us every morning at breakfast with her beautiful smile and could not do enough for us. Helen and Robert were also particularly helpful. I cannot recommend this absolutely gem of a hotel enough. We will be back. Thank you to all of the staff for making our first visit to Vietnam so wonderful xxx

After a very long flight that included a stop over, I was delighted to be met by Tracey and Noom of Le Jardin Haute Couture who provided me with a complimentary drink and dessert, along with a package of information concerning my tour with Luxury Escapes, since I had arranged an extra day with pre-accomodation. And things only got better. The staff, whether Tracey, Noom, Sally, Alice or Hon went out of their way to make my short stay both enjoyable and memorable. A must mention is that I was thrilled to learn that the hotel also has a swimming pool, fitness centre and fantastic restaurant. Happy days!!!

The staff! They were all so friendly and helpful, especially Sebastian (Minh) he advised where to go and what we could do and always made us feel so welcome each day! Sorted our taxi to the airport and spoke good English too! Room was clean, all in working order, comfy, decent shower. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice and never empty looking dishes. We’ve missed them since.

Personal choice but the darkness of the room decor (especially when it rained everyday!) was a bit gloomy, and our view being on a lower floor was a roof and not much else so we felt quite enclosed. The location for us wasn’t the best, many would get a taxi but it is within walking distance into the old quarter during the day and coming back at night is fine, just would have preferred to be closer in if we realised where the hustle and bustle was! Nothing major just personal opinions!

Good and nice newly renovated hotel. We booked the suite and requested for a baby cot. Staff were really friendly explaining the city during our breakfast and helping us with Grab booking (language). Room is big. Breakfast is good; although we always order scrambled eggs or pho (both chicken and beef are available). Its a walking distance to the Ho Tay lake, Imperial Citadel with many eateries nearby. You could walk to the Hoan Kim or the night market area or its rather cheap to take a Grab. Swimming pool at the rooftop overlooking the lake!

It would have been better if the room come with a 2 or 3 seater sofa than 2 single sofa.

The deluxe double room was really spacious and comfortable, with lovely bathroom and wardrobe space. The restaurant for lunch and dinner was very special and felt upmarket and exclusive, breakfast great selection but rather hectic if you go to early. The fitness centre was very impressive! Overall, really enjoyed the stay and the facilities.

It would be nice to see drinking water being available in reusable dispensers rather than individual bottles, as well as being charged each time, even with included meals such as breakfast. The cleaners do start very early and this can disrupt sleep if you were planning on a lie in. Around a 20 minute walk to the Old Quarter, which can be rather chaotic for crossing roads, but fine if you want to get your steps in!

The staff at the hotel were amazing. I was booked onto a week long tour but was delayed arriving due to some nonsense at the airline. As the tour was coming back here I booked a night personally while I waited for them. The team at the Le Jardin got me sorted right out which was so welcome after a three day ordeal trying to arrive. They put me in touch with my tour, upgraded my room so I didn't have to move (the tour company had booked a slightly cheaper room for me), and then directed me to where I could meet the group once they had arrived back in the city. Sebastian even personally annotated a map of a few things to do while I waited (including a handy currency conversion guide) which was extremely kind and very much appreciated.

I loved everything about my experience with Le Jardin Hotel. It was just wonderful. The staff: amazing souls who did their best to make us feel comfortable and cozy. The location: a walk away from shops, restaurants, cafes. The hotel: super clean, great pool and divine restaurant at the 12th floor, rooms were spacious and well decorated. I highly recommend stay with them! Best hotel in Hanoi ♡

Nothing at all. The staff was so thoughtful and so kind and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
