Awesome breakfast, specially the Pho were best! Fresh vegetables. The stew were boiled with bones, and meats. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The washmachine also a big help for family group!!!
The detergent for the washmachine were not sufficent through out our jorney. However, it was not a big issue at all. We can save the Earth better

Room is huge, new and clean. Buffet food was good too but small room. Unfortunately, we didn’t stay long to use the pool and saunas. TV could use an upgrade so we can use our Netflix account.

Unfortunately the water drainage inside one of showers does not work properly.

Somerset is a great location for work and over weekends to wander around the lakes and visit local cafes. It is clean has a pool and gym. Staff are excellent, professional friendly and helpful with any issue. This is my 4th stay here.

the equipments should be changed to a good one, like hair dryer could choose Japanese brand. and the light of mirrors in the restroom couldn’t work. the welcoming coconut if better could help us open first

Very nice self catering apartment that was super clean and had all the essentials. Excellent view, even from the 9th floor, and very well located around West Lake. The staff were all very helpful and both check in, and check out, was straightforward and fast. There's a very nice, small pool, and an excellent steam room and sauna (in the changing rooms next to the pool),
