Hôtel is well located in the heart of Hanoi...you can go to site attractions by walking distance. Night market during the weekend. 10 mins by walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. The staffs are helpful and kind, thank to Tiep and Lisa and all team. My mom was sick on the second day and Mr. Tiep brought me to the pharmacy 🙏👍 hotel offered also the rice and omelette for my mom. Thank you again. Appreciated 🙏 The rooms are clean and a bit small but they are a good size for us for the hotel in the city. The hotel propose tours and excursions at reasonable price. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Great location, right in the middle of the Old Quarter. Walking distance to most sights in Hanoi. The staff was wonderful. They really went out of their way to help. On our last day we were supposed to be picked up at 6am but the transfer was late (not booked through the hotel, so not their error). The chef was so kind to cook us breakfast to go while we were waiting. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

There was a lot of construction ongoing nearby. At night the place was quiet which was nice. During the day it was quite noisy in the room. It was not on hotel property so not much that they could do about it. Just mentioning it for people that like to sleep in.

Brilliant stay, this hotel and family came to our rescue when a nearby hotel had given away our room The rooms are modern and stylish and very comfortable but also very cosy and homely We spent a lot of time relaxing in our room which was perfect for us, we were upgraded as we checked in to a city view room which was perfect The laundry service was extremely fast and the same price as nearby laundry services. The transfers were the same price as Grab too! Very convenient and stress free having it all in house To top it off the breakfast was fantastic, you order whatever dishes you'd like. The pancakes and coffee here were the best we had during our month in Vietnam The location is perfect, lots of very highly rated restaurants nearby but the roads aren't too busy like in old town center Thank you again for a brilliant stay, we wish we'd stayed here during our first time in Hanoi rather than the very expensive hotel we'd chosen

Our room was cosy and clean. Location is perfect, just a few minute walk to central market. Great laundry service nearby (Laundry & coffee). Hotel offered us late check out (2hours) and baggage storage. Breakfast of good quality, we always got tropical fruit with it.

Construction site directly under our window (woke us up at 6am, stopped working after midnight). Hotel apologized, but we did not get enough rest. One night we were ringing in front of the hotel for 10min and nobody opened. My boyfriend called a receptionist (I would recommend you to make his number available on Whats app because some tourists cant make calls), who probably fell asleep and got just woken up with a call (not by the bell). It was very unprofessional, when we tried to convience us that the bell is not working or that we dont know how to ring a bell. It would be nicer to simply admit he fell asleep.

The hotel has a very good location and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Vietnam; you order from a set menu an egg dish and you get also fruits, yoghurt, coffee. The portion is big and the omlettles we had were very tasty. I would say it is ok for a short stay.

The room is not that well mentained, the paint was peeling off the walls. We had a room with city view and it is not that well isolated, there was some noise from the traffic.

Its comfortable rooms and friendly staff make it the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers alike. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

We stayed here for the first night of our honeymoon. Took the honeymoon room. But I wanted to surprise my newlywed wife. So I asked the hotel for a favor and decorate the room for the occasion. It was on short notice, but little did I know that the hotel manager would contact me directly to discreetly support on that request! He went above and beyond by not only having the room beautifully decorated but also providing us a personalized honeymoon cake as well as some drinks. He even made sure of having candles lit right before our arrival! The reception did a great job team by being absolutely discreet about it at our arrival, and I got the pleasure of having my wife blown away when we entered our room. On top of that, our room was very quiet, and very close to the heart of the old quarter of Hanoi. Definitely worth the value!

The La Storia is located right in the Old Quarter, in walking distance from the night market, lake and other sights. The staff were very friendly and the manager organised a number of trips, all of which worked out perfectly. My Halong Bay cruise got cancelled but he booked me onto another one while I was already on my way there. Very efficient. Breakfast starts early at 6.30am so I could always eat before going on a daytrip. Before going on a night train to Hue, I was able to take a shower at the hotel.

This has maybe to do with the season but the room was a bit damp. On my first night, a member of staff confused my room with another one and walked in on me. The manager was very apologetic though and I received a free upgrade.

Great location in the old quarter. Staff are nice. Breakfast is adequate and limited for Vegetarians. Tiep Le the hotelManager was very helpful and assisted with tour bookings. Both tours were nicely put together and we enjoyed Halong bay and Ninh Binh. We got a small discount as well. All in all a good three night stay with 2 teens with connecting rooms. (Family of four)

Small but cosy rooms. Could improve the breakfast and could have variety.

Lady at reception was extremely helpful with our group as we made a last minute change in accommodations and they were gracious to make the necessary arrangements. She provided us with many options and made prompt bookings for our airport transfer the next day. Checkout was a breeze and they even helped to retrieve a watch which was left behind after we left the property

Can't say the same for the guy manning reception for the night shift. When asked certain questions he seemed unwilling to lift a finger to provide 1% of help. Totally unbothered.
