MK Premier Boutique Hotel

Staff was super friendly and was very helpful when we ran into a flight delay issue. From the front desk to the bellboy to the restaurant staff, everyone was really great. Rooms were a hit or miss. Our bed was two beds put together and they were uneven heights.

ACs are a little weak. The lobby AC was definitely stronger. Breakfast option had a good variety, but food quality was just okay.

The location could not have been better, it was walking distance to so many cool cafes and eateries, as well as the chaotic "beer street". It feels very luxurious for the area, with a big lobby and front patio for enjoying the hustle and bustle. The staff could not have been more welcoming and knowledgable and communication was excellent. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning was nice and strong, a welcome respite from the suffocating heat in the summer. I found the decor to be tasteful and modern while still referencing local art and culture, something that's quite important for me personally.

Remember, this is in Hanoi Old Quarter so do not expect much natural sunlight unless you've booked the premiere suite.

The staff made my visit to MK Premier a pleasure. Finn, Anh, and honestly every person from the bell man to the bar team exceeded my expectations. If you need any travel advice or general help Finn is the best! He helped me get my travel plans together and arranged nights in a sister hotel when they were sold out at MK. If you are looking for a good location with a great room kind staff and wonderful rooftop bar. MK is a solid choice. I have returned here a few times since this visit. By the way, Finn your almost Butler level support guy is pictured with me in front of the property.

This was a really great place so all was prefect. I'm glad I don't have anything to say it went perfectly.

The location was very good. very walkable distance to all the good touristy spots and close to all the delicious food places. it has great vibes if you like busy and fun. love the room with the balcony. the bathview. def one of the much better accommodation you can find in the centre of Hanoi. very lovely staffs who were always so accommodating and friendly 😊. the place is just inviting and give you great breathing space unlike some of the other smaller hotel and spas that are too tiny and claustrophobic. 10/10 definitely

The hotel is new, modern, the bed is very confortable and the breakfast was a very delicious buffet with many options, its location is perfect and next to it there is a very beautiful old temple. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. In the hotel, low volume music is heard in the corridors, for our pleasure sometimes it belonged to studio ghibli movie soundtracks. The hotel has a cafe at the entrance, with a variety of drinks, our favorite was the iced matcha with rose.

Great location in the Old Quarter. The manager was very nice. We met her as we were waiting for a ride after checking out. This hotel had just reopened, so they were short-staffed and doing their best. I'm sure once Vietnam fully reopens and they can hire more staff things will get even better. This is a good street to be on if you want to be in a lively environment. Expect some noise at night anywhere in Hanoi.

The front desk clerk when we checked in was less than enthusiastic, but I learned that the hotel was in the process of hiring after being mostly closed, so I was not surprised. The restaurant on the roof was not open yet. We went up and looked around and it looks like it will be very nice once it is is re-opened.

The room was very nice, roomy, clean and big. Breakfast was good, but not a big choice of items like in some bigger hotels.

The Old Quarter is centrally located, but it made me crazy to go out wandering at night due to the amount of people and bike traffic. Everyone trying to get you to come into their restaurant or massage place. It is full of places to eat and party, so younger people would love it. I liked it for its central location and ease of getting to places I wanted to go.

Facilities were so clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were so comfortable--lighting, bedding, amenities inside the rooms, AC, etc. All made for a very nice stay. The rooftop bar was a nice place to wind down in the evening when it was cooler. Location was hard to beat; walkable to everything we wanted to do, so many food options and shops nearby.

room were very big , clean and aircon was working well , this was a saviour in Hanoi heat in July. Staff were very friendly and sorted out a room upgrade to avoid having roll out bed

the roof top bar restaurant doesn’t exist anymore . maybe due to covid , would have been nice to have somewhere to relax out of the room . also tour/travel booking prices were at the high end of the scale . we went elsewhere but they were still very helpful
