10 out of 10! 💯 The best part was their service; everyone was genuinely nice and friendly. My great experience started even before check-in, as Thu reached out to us to see if there was anything she could assist with. When we arrived everyone at the lobby, 2at reception and 1 help us carried our luggage, was super nice. They did very great job. All the process was fast. At checkout, they even provided a complimentary gift. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is located in the fantastic area of Old Town. Breakfast was good and many options. Initially, I didn't have high expectations due to the affordable price, but the service I received was definitely 5-star quality. Although I've showered this review with compliments, which might make me seem biased, I assure you it's all true. If I ever return to Hanoi, this hotel will unquestionably be my first choice, and I'd highly recommend it to my friends as well.

The location was excellent for access to all the sights, restaurants and shops. It's on a street full of shops selling herbs and spices so the smells are amazing! The room and bed is a good size, though the single external window was small. The shower was good and strong but with a non adjustable shower head, you have to hold it to avoid flooding the bathroom. The breakfast was really good. Loads of variety and plenty of it. The staff were terrific, super friendly and helpful.

The AC wasn't very effective in our room. This would be a problem in the hotter months but wasn't too bad at this time of year. The lighting wasn't great, we could have done with more or brighter lights in our room....or a bigger window!

The breakfast was very simple, but they provide almost everything that you need. Maybe need lil bit of variety everyday since I was staying for 8 days. The staffs are awesome! Not all of them, but most of them are friendly. In term of location, it is so perfect, I could say a wonderful area to explore hoan kiem. On weekend, there’s night market which is reachable on foot. Also, some famous bars around this accommodation.

Maybe since I look like a local, some of the staff are not friendly to me. Also, some part of the bathroom are broken.

Staff was extremely nice and caring, very welcoming. Location is in the city center, can't be any more comfortable location in an old quarter. Breakfast choice wide for European food and Asian food - actually one of the best breakfast we had in Hanoi hotels. Also, we got a present from the staff before leaving - a Vietnamese coffee filter - we really were looking to buy one cause we loved that type of coffee and we got it as a present - that's lovely;)

Everything was very good for the price we paid I think it was more than worth.

The hotel itself was impeccable. The rooms were well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing a peaceful sanctuary after our long days of exploring. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel's central location was a major advantage. Easy accessible to all the attractions near Old Quarters Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The friendly and attentive staff, coupled with their willingness to go above and beyond, truly made our stay memorable. Their exceptional service and warm hospitality made us feel like valued guests, and I would not hesitate to book with your platform again based on this outstanding experience. we’ve been to many hotels south to North Vietnam and this spot is the best service we’ve had. It absolutely exceptional. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our short stay was comfortable. We even got a little parting souvenir during check out which was completely unexpected - it truly goes to show how much they care about customer experience/satisfaction! My partner and I will be returning to Hanoi in a few years to this exact hotel. Aside from the amazing service, it was centrally located - near plenty of restaurants, vegetarian spots, coffee shops etc.

Nothing it was great

We LOVED our stay at Classy Holiday Hotel. The staff were exceptional, especially Lee. They went the extra mile and helped us with all sorts of things. We used Classy Hotel as a base in Hanoi, and did side trips to Sa Pa and Ha Long Bay throughout our stay. Each time we would leave our bags with the hotel (we had a lot) and they would be ready for us when we returned. It was very handy! When our tours left before the official breakfast time, they did a packed breakfast for us. Also... the foyer always smelled amazing because they had fresh lilies. We loved that!

The hotel is getting a little tired and could do with a refresh but the best thing about the hotel is the staff. There is nothing they won't do for you and they are always very polite and courteous. There is a very good buffet lunch and the hotel is 5/10 mins walk from the lake in the old quarter. When I booked out I had a few hours to kill before my taxi back to the airport. The hotel staff allowed me a room to freshen up and change in which I thought was fantastic! For a traveller I thoroughly recommend the Classy Hotel.

Decor a little tired

Customer service was excellent!!! The location of the hotel is very accessible to many food places and heritage locations. Staff are very professional and friendly!!! all of the staff here knows in and out of Ha Noi!! Very helpful!!! Thank you Ms Phuong for doing an excellent job of managing our honeymoon room and your professional customer service with the big smile every day. Also thank you Mr Thang and Mr Long for always make us feel like home during our stay at the hotel. I love that you guys are very genuine in your service and with a lot of good information around Ha Noi Old Quarter. Thank you all for making us an excellent trip!!!

This hotel is located in the center of beautiful old town district. Every eatery and cafes are nearby. Really safe area to walk around and stuffs are extremely nice that they never hesitate to help us to fulfill the whole trip experiences. They are always quick with the answer when we have questions regarding tours, restaurant and cafes nearby. Tours they offer is really in good value with quality wise. They are not so expensive too. Also shuttles they prepared for us, from airport and from hotel to Halong Bay are more affordable than any other sites offer. Tony, he is a stuff at hotel is really friendly and love to help you to have an amazing experience in Vietnam. Highly recommend to stay at this accommodation.
