Gem Riverside Hotel Hoi An

The location was excellent - 10 minute walk if that into old town with option for free push bikes. The staff were super friendly and could not help us out enough, even arranging our travel to the airport. The room was spacious, well equipped and the bathroom was luxurious, made by the large bath. Room service daily with fresh towels and the option for a clean - which we did not go for as not our style. Fresh water delivered for free. Our balcony was lovely overlooking the pool which was large, well maintained and great fun to swim in. The hotel was very clean throughout, quiet and all guests seemed to be enjoying themselves! Our expectations were easily supersuceeded.

Family room has pool view which is quite lovely. Big giant bathroom with bathtube is quite nice. Price is reasonable & good value. Above all, the most appreciate should be given to the staff, they are quite nice and helpful.

Bath-tube doesn’t have hot water, if you want to mix the water then you will need to use the shower.

Room was amazing and clean. Facilities were great. The staff here are very welcoming and go above and beyond. Organising tours and buses for me. Breakfast was delicious as well and a good spot walking distance to town. Looking forward to coming here again on my next visit to Hoi An! Thank you so much Ruby and the rest of the team.

Reception and Sales team were very helpful. The room names shown on booking.com and the room names that they have did not match. So there was a mismatch in our booking. But the sales team there were very supportive and hence they gave us a superior room.

I love this hotel very much, the staff is very nice and kind, they suggest us visitting many nice places in Hoi An and delicious food as well, will come back there next trip soon.

Very easy walk over the bridge into the centre, the staff were VERY friendly and super helpful with everything, gave great recommendations.

Breakfast buffet was very average but still had bacon and eggs so I wouldn’t complain too much.

Location was perfect! They provided de free bicycles to cycle around. Close to night markets and restaurants/cafes. The staff were amazing! Very nice 😊

Good location away from noise but quick walk to middle of old town. Pool area is very relaxing. Rooms are large and staff super helpful for all bookings to day trips or restaurants.

1. Quite location but close to old town. Hotel is located on a small island next to the old City around 5-7minutes walking, free bicycle, no noise really quite out there. Definitely recommend and would come back when we visit Hoi an again!
