COMO The Treasury

We were upgraded to a fabulous room with balcony overlooking the Cathedral grounds and view of Perth Council House. Spacious room, great shower and deep bath with beautiful amenities and great fluffy towels and big wrap around bath robe. The small jars with cashews, chocolate covered nuts and shortbread were very welcome. It was very peaceful and I was advised that occupancy was 80-85% but you could believe that you were the only people in the hotel - great soundproofing etc. It was hot outside but the temperature in the building was beautifully cool - not cold due to overpowering air-conditioning but pleasantly cool. Great gym lots of excellent equipment. Very central to visit places around the city or if you prefer to stay in and relax!

The lightening in the passage ways is very subdued and made walking on the, in places, uneven floor a bit difficult for my husband who is experiencing some eye problems. Valet parking price is a bit on the high side.

Breakfasts at Post were superb and Wildflower was probably better than the last visit

Petition was a bit disappointing

room was huge, bathroom was bigger than my daughter's apartment. Shower was unbelievable. Champagne on arrival and our bags were taken up to our rooms before we knew it. Excellent hosts, cannot fault and best hotel in Perth.

bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Helpfulness of staff- nothing was too much trouble. The room was large, airy and well furnished. The breakfast service was great and the food wonderful (bar the 'Real toast' which was bizarre). Cannot recommend this hotel enough- is in our top 5 hotels worldwide (and probably top 2 for Australia).

Strange food at breakfast (or should that be innovative menu!). Not being able to get a restaurant reservation when we arrived- should have provided slots for guests.

The historical building it’s in, the interior design, spaciousnesses of bedroom and bathroom, quality of bed and bathroom linen, service.

It was a shame the pool was not outdoors, but it is a historical building and there must have been planning restriction. The only fault I can possibly find is that there was food smell from the restaurant in the corridor where my room was at dinner time, but this was not in the room.

COMO is situated in the heart of Perth. being part of a old state building that is renovated to a high standard. There are plenty choices of popular restaurants, bars and coffee shops close by. With the ease of the free cat bus if you got time for tourism. The room itself is well designed and fitted which is what you would expect at this level of accommodation. whereas what’s impressive at COMO is its service. The staff are obviously very experienced in knowing what their customers are looking for, which makes the stay a greater experience in comparison to other five star hotels in the same range. Highly recommended if you got time in Perth for a night and two.

Had an absolutely exceptional stay at Como The Treasury. Right from when you arrive to the moment you walk out the door, the staff always look after you and you will experience true customer service. I booked a one night stay with my partner and it exceeded our expectations. Both the internal and external architecture of the building is gorgeous. The room is spacious and the bathroom is beautiful, pool facilities were really nice and it was great being able to eat at Wildflower restaurant and then walk 20 steps to the elevator and then another 20 steps to your room. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special getaway in Perth.

Could not fault anything.

Excellent variety for breakfast. Service quick and professional. Complimentary goodies in the room. Big bath. A tour of the building to show where restaurants were located and being escorted to our room. Complimentary drink on arrival. Delivery of daily newspaper to our room.

Pillows were too soft. Bathroom didn’t have doors.

Simply the best hotel in Perth. My wife and I stayed at the Como for two nights including the night of our wedding. The staff were amazing. The service was sensational and the facilities are worth the cost. If you want the best then the Como is the place to stay.

Wifi was poor, kept getting cut off, pillows to soft and not comfortable, calls kept coming in regarding turn down service, no Bluetooth on tv - should be available this day and age to cast from our phones or laptops, very poor cleanliness at pools, the gym door closes behind you and there is no sign saying it’s a one way door! Hand soap very drying,
