AC Hotel by Marriott Berlin Humboldthain Park

Ideal location for our needs. Good breakfast. Relatively quiet neighborhood. Attentive staff, especially Barbara in the restaurant.

Significant litter on the street in front of the hotel! The city and/or merchants need to do a better job of keeping it clean. There was a problem at the front desk upon arrival; our room key-cards didn't work; had to go back down to get new ones. When checking out at 2:30 AM, nobody at front desk. A sign instructed us to go to hotel next door: nobody there either.

Location very convenient near Gesundbrunnen (30 minutes from BER airport by train), and quiet. Breakfast area cozy, buffet varied and rich. Lovely patio on the East side (entrance), overlooking Humboldthain park. Reception area cozy and relaxing with pleasant background music. Deluxe room facing East very comfortable and clean, with very useful minibar. Attentive, friendly and professional staff.

Standard modern style and furniture with light colours in the room, clean and big room, friendly and welcoming staff.

I think the room was great and very clean however some maintenance was missing: on the bathroom floor (outside of the shower a corner was almost completely white because of the limestone; the bathroom door made of glass had many drops and stains (unfortunately not removable by cleaning only; in the shower we found shampoos and conditioner but no shower gel; and the light in the entrance corridor did not work.

Smart and well organized hotel; the hotel is close to the Gesundbrunnen railstation with a direct connection to the Berlin Airport and the city center (by the underground). There are also a big mall wiat a lot of shops and a big public park nearby. The room is large, clean and confortable. The restaurant service has a small menù but that can fit all the needings. That being said, a good choice for a Berlin break.

The room service knock at the door in the late afternoon (more or less 5 PM), in my opinion, would be better in the late morning when is more likely that rooms are empty.

Perfect hotel, various breakfast, clean and spacious room, super white and comfortable bed sheets. Parking in the garage, costs extra 15 Eur/24 hours, but the car is safe in underground. Not far away is S-bahn, so using "S1" it is possible in 15 minutes to get directly to the city center.

The hotel is very impressive inside and clean, and the staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was very good, offering variety of options, all fresh and tasty. The room was comfortable and clear, with used amenities replenished every day (in my case tea and shampoo/soap).

I knew about the location of the hotel when I booked it so I wasn't surprised, and it suited me well for the purpose of this visit but it is not well located at all re: tourist spots in Berlin. The area surrounding the hotel can be uncomfortable for those not familiar with the area. This is just something to be aware of, not really something that can be changed by the hotel.

This hotel was fabulous for the price my husband and I paid. We were here for our honeymoon and the staff were so lovely. There was a little surprise for us in our room and they upgraded us to a higher floor. It was a small gesture for them but it meant a lot to us. The room and bathroom was clean. I liked that the room had really big windows but they have blackout curtains too so if you want to sleep in, you can certainly do that.

The only things I didn't like were the size of the bathroom and the shower was leaking on the hinge. Also, the gym is shared with another hotel and it was just okay. There were mainly just treadmills.

Staff was by far the best part, the reception was solicit and kind and by my first day they were calling me by name. I was blown away by their professionalism and niceness. The hotel itself is in a great location, room was spacious and clean, well equipped and with nice toiletries.

The cleaning staff never renewed our toiletries and for our last day there they didn't even show up to make the beds.

The lobby was very helpful and the staff was nice, the cleaning and switching towels was also really nice. . The shower was probably the best shower head I've experienced this year, it was perfect. The destination was really close to the train station, about 5 min walk max.

Nothing too particular, the wc was a bit awkwardly small. But not a big deal.

The hotel is in a strategic location, surrounded by many cafes, grocery stores like Lidl and Rewe. The last one, but only much bigger is in the Gesundbrunner Center, which is located near the hotel. There are here the rail, bus stations and metro too. The room was clean, quite big and comfortable. Nice personal. The breakfasts were the same every day, but you won't be hungry,
