The staff were very friendly, my German is not great but they were willing to listen to me and I could understand them. The location is ideal if you want to get a feel for what it's like to live in Berlin with good connections to the city centre while still being far enough out to see a more average daily life. The breakfast had a good offering while the restaurant was reasonably priced and had a variety of food.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the blanket wasn't big enough.

modern rooms; very friendly and helpful staff; hotel is near a supermarket and bus station;

same breakfast every day, no variety, no vegetables except tomatoes and cucumbers; the temperature in the room was chilly, even though I put the thermostat at 23 degrees it reseted after couple of minutes and didn’t heat the room; lack of sufficient electrical outlets;

The reception personel was friendly and helpfull The breakfast was of good quality and a good mix Good and soft beds super comfortable

I forgot my jacket and i know for 100%sure that i left it on the hooks in my room behind the door of the room. Unfortunately housekeeping didnt find it they say. If you go just make sure you dont forget anything when you check out.

The location is good. The room have a good space. I would book again. Fair price! confortable Bed, very clean and friendly staff

The breakfast was ok, nothing notable. The location is central but a bit dirty and dangerous area. Could have more Vegan option

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpfull. I am a single mom travelling with my children and we felt very welcome. The staff let us come to the room earlier upon arrival and help with all we asked or needed. The room and the shared badrooms/toilets were clean and fresh.

Everything was good, small room, but good bathroom. Near to metro station. 15 minutes to centrum (Alexanderplatz). FREE parking everywhere near hostel. Regular breakfast with eggs, cornflakes, coffee and tea. But you must get up early or it won't be warm food.

The room was very good, we had to share the bathroom and shower but other than that, the room was fine. The personal was also very helpful and kind.

There was no lift so we had to carry the luggage up; and the zone is not the most nice in Berlin. The room was nice, a bit to warm though. There is no AC.

The way they packaged the breakfast was a very convenient. The sink in my room was also super handy. Bedding was tidy and curtains were pretty, a nice view outside. What I liked most importantly was the staff. They were superb at making me feel welcomed. Just a shame how I couldn't have the full experience, (e.g. experiencing the restaurant and being able to use the gym service) due to Covid. Nevertheless, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A Spider, hairs and creaky bed. There was little some construction going on when I arrived (see pic) but the noise was only for a short while. :)

Nice staff , good breakfast and clean room

Little far from center, room was in first floor and at night , there was two guys drinking and loud outside by the window , felt like they were inside the room.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The restaurant and outside terrace are attractive areas to sit and the food is good. It is in a quiet area with good public transport links.

The rooms are quite small but clean and comfortable.
