Hotel am Augustinerplatz

the location was nice and also near a tram stop as well as next to the shopping street and only about 10 minutes away from the central station,the staff was nice and helpful and most importantly there was amazing air conditioning which made the stay even nicer.

i wish more things like an iron,coffee and tea machines were included in the room since there is a fridge already and some spots were not cleaned well since i had found an old cigarette in my lamp which was concerning.

The location was exceptional, hotel had an amazing vibe and the photos give a realistic picture of the rooms (they are not too big but perfectly enough for staying for a weekend), staff was very friendly, can easily access it from the highway and have discounted parking. We had a great experience and would definitely go back and recommend it.

Nothing that I didn’t like, really.. I saw people complaining about the parking and that the spa is not in the same building but to me that is no issue at all and just wanted to make a note that this is not the end of the world :)

The location is perfect. It's directly on the edge of the shopping district. Everything we needed was within a few minutes' walk. They offer private parking for 10 euros per day, albeit a tight squeeze and a bit difficult to find.

Along with the location, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the offer of a pool and a sauna. We wanted to swim the night we arrived but were a bit too tired. The next morning we headed to the lobby for a morning swim before shopping. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have a pool as advertised. The staff member explained guests are welcome in a local sports center, but kids aren't normally permitted. Oh well. The hotel was great nonetheless.

Great location, very comfortable and clean hotel with lots of great facilities (gym, pool etc.). Staff were very kind and accommodating and the hotel location was excellent.

The room was advertised as a 'double' but actually had two single beds pushed together, with two single duvets. Not a major issue, but not ideal as the single room was much cheaper.

The hotel was in the centre of the city near to all of the public transport. Easy to get around. Very clean room.

I didn't have breakfast there as it was too expensive. There are lots of places nearby where you can get breakfast. Also TV didn't work but there was nothing they could do until Monday after I had left

The location is great, just the next door to Kaufhoff. 20 meters from U- station, 5 minutes from the river embankment. The same building is the Rewe market. Although it’s exactly on the touristic street, there is no nose at all. The bonus is amazing italian coffee shop with delicious coffee around the corner.

Breakfast was lovely. Room was lovely. Staff were lovely. Location central to everything.

Beds are singles pushed together so not very comfortable for 2. Pillows are barely there.

Excellent Location, Staff is really helpful! Room is quite okay, good utilization having dressing room, private bathroom. Breakfast was also good.

Mattress & Pillows can be improved, apart from this, everything was fine.

Hotel was excellent! From the check in to the support of the staff during the stay, specially for Denis, he was really helpful and supportive during the trip. Lots of things to do around the hotel!

Not much, maybe pillows shall be a little harder.
