Our family suite was great, really comfy bed and amazing view. The staff were lovely and helpful. The location is outside the centre of HK but it is about an 8 minute walk to the nearest MTR which you can take to straight to Central or Admiralty in 10ish mins or alternatively you can get an Uber to central which will take 15 mins and cost less than £10. The view of Aberdeen harbour from our room was amazing! You can walk along the promenade which is very close and a nice thing to do in the City after a long flight! the hotel is pet friendly and our furry friend loved her stay too!

Location is not far from MTR station. The room size is big comparing with most of the same grade hotels in HK. Guest services are very fast that every time I call and they come to help me or deliver the things I want in a reasonable short time. The front desk also helpful.

Hopefully the room rate can be more flexible for the long stay travelers. They offer long stay with a min. 28 nights while my last stay was 23 nights that I requested a better price but still I couldn't get a cheaper offer.

It’s only a few minutes walk away from Wong Chuk Hang MTR station. We booked the sea view signature room which came with a wonderful view.

Somehow the ventilation in the bathroom was very loud. It was quite disturbing.

Great dog-friendly hotel, provided all the amenities my dog needed for the stay. The pool is fantastic and so quiet throughout the week. Rooms are clean, stylish and the modern bathroom is a plus. Staff are attentive, friendly and always happy to help. Bed is comfy and massive.

1. charge a flat fee instead of nightly fee for dog as it gets expensive for long stays very quickly. 2. hotel menu is a bit pricey for what it is.

We stayed in the sea suite. It was very spacious, clean and well designed. The view was very good and the room was comfortable. It was easy to adjust the temperature and the blinds. We went to the restaurant for breakfast and lunch, both were good. There was no wait for breakfast, although we were there early, it may get busier later on. Although people have said there is nothing in the vicinity, if you’re prepared to walk five minutes to Wong Chuk Hang station there are some nice cafes there such as Sensory Zero. Furthermore, I can recommend Africa Coffee and Tea on 15/F of the neighbouring building.

We were not able to access the rooftop space, the keycards we were given didn’t allow us to go to that floor (maybe it had been booked for an event?). On our second night, starting at around 4am there was a lot of whooshing noise coming from the pipes, as though all the flushing from the different rooms on the building was coming through the pipes near us. It was almost non-stop flushing noises for a couple of hours. Weirdly, a picture in the bedroom of some orange flowers was clearly upside down, and had been upside down for a long time as there was a lot of dust on it when I inspected more closely.

Great location near subway and buses. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The room service can be improved. We ordered some cakes as dessert and our order was cancelled because one of the cakes was sold out. We didn't receive any notification and found out about the cancellation 30min later when we called to ask about the status. The communication certainly can be done better.

Excellent value for the money. Great layout for families.

We had an issue with cleanliness which Yvonne, the manager on shift, helped resolve right away. The location is in an industrial area so there are very few stores or restaurants nearby. Although the MTR is about a short 6 min walk away. Many used food delivery services such as food panda and deliveroo for needs.

Walking distance to metro station and bus station. Spacious and clean room, good for family with kids.

Room service and the restaurant in the hotel stopped serving food quite early, and there is nothing around the hotel (even 7-11 was closed) when we check-in at 11pm. The room feels humid if i don't put the Ac on the highest.

Spacious room away from the hustle and hustle of HK but still reasonably close to major attractions.

More of a Hong Kong thing, but the room's air conditioning had a default setting that was at a rather low temperature. Something to be watchful of when contrasted to the outdoor temperature.

rooms were new and clean and we had a beautiful view of the Aberdeen harbour. location was perfect- short walk to mtr and there are coffee shops and some lunch places very close by. my favorite is African Coffee and Tea just next door- delicious!

Breakfast was ok- a little limited, but perfectly adequate. the pool on the roof has a great view but is small
