Hotel 224 & Apartments

The staff is unbelievably amazing! Friendly, prompt to requests, attentive and hospitable. The location is beyond excellent and the price is really reasonable given the benefits of the location and comfort of the room. I didn't run out of clean towels or supplies. Most amenities are a walk away, I'd advise anyone who wants to stay in Pretoria for convenience and is traveling to go to Hotel 224.

Hardly anything, what I didn't like I was able to figure out or get assistance on.

The staff was welcoming and made checking in easy. The room was clean and well looked after. The elevator, as much as it's a security measure, takes a while to get used to😅. The room needs other amenities such as a microwave and an operational TV with an HDMI cable available to complete it.

The WiFi being limited to 1G per day.

I loved everything,the food was great.Our room was very nice and neat😍😍👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 One of the servicing staff treated us with so much care(Room 1308).Unfortunately I forgot to take her name but she’s a short and dark lady,Venda speaking.She made our stay very lovely.🙌🏾👏🏽

Last night(3rd July 2022) I called for a mop as my partner had forgotten that he left the tap open.The lady came with a mop and did not assist me.I then asked her to fetch a bucket as we would need to drain the water from the mop.She left to get the bucket and didn’t even offer to clean the mess.I think there should be good house keeping staff even at night.I really received horrible services from her.😕😕😕

the venue is a nice and easy to find place. The room and towels were clean. Enjoyed the room service and the food.

The front desk service was slow and the lady was loud everyone could hear her tell me, my room number which is not safe. the parking area is small and the second packing is not looked after like the first one close to the hotel. The bathroom is a bit small. but overall I enjoyed my stay

Your staff is the best, from the beautiful ladies in reception (sorry forgot her name lol - esp. the one with a beautiful pony tail, her smile is magnificent. The waiting staff - friendly and great service. Maintenance team - heroes.

I'm a regular here and everytime it feels like it's a short stay. I don't like leaving my mini heaven on earth.

Everything was all good 👍🏾 except I had cold food and I was told there’s no microwave

The only thing that is needed there is a microwave for guests…we can’t be eating cold food guys,,if I don’t finish my food at once that means later I’ll have cold food,,if you can’t have a microwave in each an every room,,atleast have one each and every floor somewhere next to the lift,,so guests can warm up their food at anytime

The food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing! The staff as well were really helpful and friendly. My partner and I had an awesome time!

The room was a little small, but nothing too major. We did struggle with the TV remote as well with the batteries running low, but regardless it was a really great time at the hotel!

Man I love everything about this place,the food 👌🏾,the rooms 👌🏾,the stuff top 👌🏾,location is great,the view 👌🏾,cleanliness great,communication 👌🏾,the services,I like everything about the place,I book there almost every month,,I feel like it’s my home now 😅 if I could I would stay there full time 😅😅,,,but please organise a massage parlour 🤞🏾

I just don’t understand why do we have to pay for parking,that’s all

Breakfast was good,in fact all meals l had were excellent.

The noise was terrible on my last night with primary school kids making noise the whole 6th floor,l think l was the only person on the floor,they kept knocking on the door till 2am and trying to open,l failed to focus and sleep and in both two rooms next to me they were making terrible noise and by 5am the noises had started again and dosen times trying to open my door and knocking,it was very disturbing

The apartment itself, it's very spacious and we felt at home.

The satellite channels, yes we were able to watch the soccer match but after that it was boring, however we give thanks to the WiFi.
