The Regency Apartment Hotel Menlyn

the apartment was very nice,inside it was as if I’m at my own place, the facilities.

The house keeping just opened the door while I’m inside, that was very annoying, I mean what if I was still undressed, there are certain things I didn’t want them to see but they saw because they used the master card to open😏 also the fact that their cards for opening the doors where not working , every time you went out you had to ask for one of the staff members to come open a door for you was really annoying, the coffee station in the apartments didn’t have variety of coffee’s . The towels looked old, but they were clean

The power back up in this loadshedding, mouth watering breakfast.

The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The stuff was amazing.

The fact that the pool is near the restaurant with everyone staring and the pool benches did not have cushions as shown at the advertisement, that made the rest a bit uncomfortable. Again we asked for changes of towels and did not receive any.

there were two doors between the first and the second room. so there was limited privacy as I could hear everything happening next door

The receptionist needs to make sure the rooms are in good condition and accompany them to make sure all is well. Rooms must be dusted before arrival

Card was not working and waited to long to be helped . It was cold

I like that the place is closer to everything I wanted and the rooms are comfortable

The fact that there's no room service after hours for a quick snack. The fact that there wasn't stirs or spoons provided for stirring your tea. The restaurant staff they bring you food to the room without cutlery and they should look into speeding up their service. Cause the waiting time for food 😔 I didn't like the fact that the receptionist wasn't informative about the hotel facilities to exceed my expectation And the fact that there isn't shuttle service offered for guests who are booked in the hotel for eg there was alot of guests who came to watch Tamia at the Sun Bet Arena who ended up stranded after the show while requests for bolts and ubers where alot

The staff was very friendly and welcoming..always willing to assist if you need help.

Rooms were too small..pool wasn't too clean

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping lady was exceptional and very professional. God bless her

When I booked they said there's a bath tub only to be given a shower only.
