The staff was really helpful, our requests due to dietary needs were more than fulfilled. Martin in the reception, Jimena and Jose Miguel in the kitchen, were outstanding. Their food was like eating at our grandmother's house. I recommend to have breakfast and dinner there. We usually don't eat at hotels, but this place made the exception: it is great! It was very easy to move around by bus from the hotel. It is in a very good location. Everyone was very polite. We were there 15 days, and felt so confortable, it was hard to leave. We hope we can return soon.

Every room should have air conditioner. We requested it and got it, but with the climate change should be available in every room.

first time in city, only passing by ( had bus next day). It's very comfortable, place... Friendly staff, good location, was walking distance to food, shopping and not so far from bus station. Price was affordable, ok for being not in tourist high season. And as a traveller who prefer to use debit card( I don't have credit card, not intending on getting one) it's was great that Hotel allows stays without a credit card as security. Not everyone has credit cards, for each their own personal reasons. The staff, hotel was able to be booked online, and was able to accept cash payments without credit card being filed too. Thank you for that.

Beautiful location, conveniently placed at the start (or end) of the shopping mile! Easy to walk to any area in Andorra La Vella. Clean, modern and lovely breakfast. Good value and friendly, helpful staff. Really liked the fact that the tap water was natural spring water and the shower was heated by geo thermal springs. Really great for a family of 5 or 6.

Parking the car to unload luggage was a bit of a faff! It wasn’t clear where I could do this and also it wasn’t possible to reserve parking. Unfortunately I was unable to get a space at the hotel but there are loads of car parks in Andorra La Vella, both open air for those with roof boxes and multi-storey and underground.

This hotel was fabulous! Big room, great location, the breakfast is absolutely fantastic! Nothing to complain about. When we go back to Andorra we're staying there again!

Nothing really, I just think they could do a better job educating their guests about their own car park. They say they can provide information about the car park upon arrival because obviously they want you to pay for their car park, which doesn't seem a bad idea considering the car parks in the region are expensive too or dodgy (based on what I've been reading during my research) so it seems to me that their car park is a good option.

Very nice/new furniture, big and bright space. Super clean and had everything we needed. The location was top:only 5 min walking to the main shopping street in Andorra. Bus stop connecting different towns just few steps outside the hotel. Perfect for big groups!

Would’ve loved to have coffee machine or wattle kettle inside the room for commodity. The WiFi was not working extremely good. Last thing, the water would come out of the shower all the time.

Location was ok, not in the city center but near the major shopping street. Parking was fully booked, but the staff kindly showed us plenty of options nearby - easy to access. Average hotel, you get what you pay for - no more no less. But great value for money when travelling as a family with adult/many children.

Extremely noisy from upper levels/other apartments/the hall area. As it was an apartment I was hoping for a minor kitchen, but on the other hand - there was nothing for us to clean when we departed :)

Nice and big room. Breakfast was very good. Front desk staff speaks fluent English and they were really nice. Location is also very good - walking distance to the "down town" as well as some public bus stops around the corner. There is also a grocery store in the same building and another one right across the street!

The street is pretty busy until late night - traffic. The city is very clean - but this means the cleaning cars are doing their job early in the morning. Also, when you took the access card with you - it turns not only the electric power in the sockets off but also the A/C. So, when you get back to the room in late afternoon on a very hot day, there is 30+ Celsius in the room. But once you turn the A/C on - it takes 10-15 minutes to cool it down, which is OK but still, when we walked in on the first day after being out in the mountains...

The room was roomy and clean. The buffet breakfast had a lot of choices. Parking on site was convenient. The hotel is right next to shopping, restaurants and Caldea. It was very easy to reach hiking routes, both by car and on foot. We would stay here again.

Very little sound proofing. I am not sure if sounds were carried to our room from a pub down below or if there was a party in a room nearby - but there was loud music and talking late through the nights. All traffic noises also came straight in.

I booked rooms for a big group of around 40 people. Mostly we all were happy with the rooms. A couple changed rooms because of the noise as they were very close to the stairs and the reception. We all found breakfast to be good and the rooms were clean.

Maybe the food at the restaurant (dinner time) could be better, but it was still okay! Other than that everything was good!

Great location close to the city center, playgrounds for kids, spa complex. If you book parking in hotel's garage, it will be a super convenient experience. We had a big room with separate bedroom, highly recommended if you travel with kids. Staff was very responsive and happy to help. Breakfast was quite good, especially for Europe.

Skip the dinner, better have something at restaurants close by or order using Sherpas. Our room had faulty window which didn't fully close so we heard bar from the street below. It wasn't an easy fix and the fault remained till the end of our stay. If you don't book parking at the hotel, I assume the experience will be much less relaxing, especially with the ski equipment.
