The rooms were exceptional. Just like the photos. Everything was clean and comfortable. The Hotel is close by a main shopping pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants. Andorra's restaurants closes early, but we could find at least 3 options to have dinner that stayed open till 11pm. For €10 was had a free buffet breakfast. There was a variety of options from fruits, cheeses, and sweet pastry and all that one might feel like eating. IMPORTANT: They had different options for vegan milks. That was amazing because 2 of us are lactose intolerant. The staff is super friendly and at your service at all times. Especially Sonia.

The internet connection in the reception was really weak, but otherwise, everything was amazing. I have nothing to add here in this section.

The room was very clean, i have not seen such good cleaning and care taken. Facilities are very good, with a powerful shower, hairdryer, products, fridge, tv and comfortablebed.. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, she explained about the best place for us to park and we could buy a 3 day ticket allowing us to leave and return as much as we wish. It was very close to the hotel. Location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and caldea.

This was a fantastic hotel! The bed was very comfortable and the room was up to date. The room was also clean and it was nice to have a a view out the window. My favorite part was the location and the price!! It was right in the heart of everything so we could walk out of the hotel and be right there where all the stores and restaurants are. Also, parking was very easy and close by. Finally, the girl at the front reception desk was kind and helpful and also the guy that was helping at breakfast was so kind and we really enjoyed talking with him.

The shower is a little touchy and hard to get just right. Definitely good water pressure though. Almost too good lol.

Very nice room! Pretty views of the city and the mountains, + big openable windows make the experience even better. We really liked the location at the heart of the city, and the room was pretty clean. Very friendly staff.

There is no parking lot at the property. We hard to park at the shopping mall nearby for 24 euros 24h - even though it is convenient to shop and put bags in the car... But good to know there isn't parking options available.

Great value for money. Huge rooms and bed. Friendly staff and lots of parking nearby (about €24 a day so not overly cheap). Good location in the heart of the capital.

Curtains didn’t quite shut fully so let a bit of light in and there is quite a bit of road noise too.

Location was perfect for exploring and the room was spacious so we felt very comfortable with a baby and all the extra luggage we had with us (stroller etc )

The appliances were rather old (shower was leaking, fridge) but all in all functional.

We liked the position of the hotel in the center of Andorra la Vella, near to the restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean.

No parking (but you have a public parking in front of the mall 24€/day). Small rooms. The staff is nice&kind but they don’t speak English, French or any other language than Spanish.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Everything went really smoothly on the desk and in the breakfast room. Breakfast was good enough. Room wasn't the biggest but nice. Location was excellent.

This is absolutely a great hotel for the amount of money we paid for it. It’s new, clean, has a nice atmosphere, the staff is friendly and it’s located very central. We could park our car in a parking nearby (100 meters).

Room was great and clean. Very close to the main shopping street. Nice breakfast. The receptionist Layler went out of her way to help us very kind and professional.

Pillows are very hard and they didn't have any others, I asked.
