The staff is extraordinarily receptive, helpful and adorable from the minute you walk in the door. Pita, Carlos, Antonio!  I love wood floors in the bedrooms.  You know they are clean. The mattresses are excellent. Crisp white linen changed daily during our two week stay.  Clean!  We went to Andorra for the spa treatment.  The thermal waters are piped into the bathrooms. I soaked in the tub every night which was incredibly healing after the vein surgery on my leg which was what brought us to Andorra.  You could not find better masseuses anywhere.  Incredible attention to technique. We live in France and the hotel and spa were a fraction of the cost of treatment in France (not to mention the lack of medical practitioners to  help with rehabilitation). We don't typically eat in hotel  restaurants, but this was an exception.  As we arrived late the first day, we decided to try the dinner.  The chef was excellent. Amuse bouches to start, tapas portion. Subtle little sauces, delicate fish filets in a light but succulent sauce.  The first course pastas were scrumptious, warm bread from the oven, beautiful local white wine.  Forgot to mention our waiter/barman who made generous cocktails. Fantastic mojitos and juicy sangria.  We learned there must be a second chef who was good but not the same light touch.  You sleep like a baby in the high altitude air with the rushing river out  the window.  It is a magnificent torrent and loud!  But the windows are insulated.  Once you close them, you have complete silence.  The first week, we slept with the windows closed; second week, wide open.  The breakfast is copious with Spanish hams and other cold cuts, cheeses, fresh baked goods, fruits, fruit salads, health smoothies, eggs to order, country yogurt, chia blends...generous selection!  It is a downhill walk to the shops and restaurants, but remember, there is a walk back up for those who might be physically challenged.

The staff were very friendly. Location was perfect, you are a 7 min walk from the central square. The spa was small but great - it includes a sauna, jacuzzi and a hammam steam room. The breakfast buffet was very rich and you can get pancakes, eggs, some pastries, granola, yoghurt etc. You can even get some bubbly! There was a parking spot 100m away from the hotel with a daily charge of €15 which was very convenient (finding parking spots in Andorra is very hard)

The hotel could definitely benefit from some renovation (this is the case for most hotels there).

-The staff was very helpful, i asked if they can open a bottle of wine i bought and they gave me a bucket filled with ice and wine glasses to have in the room. -The hotel has is own parking just 100 meters from the hotel at the cost of 15 euro per night, they gave you a parking sport and you can parking whenever you want. -outside there is a river which is very noisy but the rooms are isolated very good that you cannot hear it, only when you open the window - The temperature in the room was hot, so for who is very sensitive to the cold is perfect -everything you buy at the bar is put on your room, so you pay everything at the check out -the location is perfect, just 10-15 minutes walking to the city centre.

-the bed in the room i stayed was sinking in the middle but was ok.

The room was really nice and cozy, the view was absolutely amazing! In general, the isolation was great and Wifi worked super (because I have to make some video calls) For the breakfast we paid extra and it was worth it! The spa was so lovely and we were alone there. I enjoyed it so much! Also, we arrived earlier and departed later, so we left our luggage at the reception!

We stayed for 2 nights, I was expecting that they are going to clean the room the next day, however, I need to put for this the card on the door. For me wasn't an issue at all, because the room was still clean and we have shampoo and all the stuff.

all was good, convenient location, nice and helpful staff, good restaurant with opportunity for lunch and dinners. termal spa in the same building - small but nice. . Breakfasts are average but with a nice view on a river. Please not swimming pool is in another side of the street, 5 min walk (parking as well)

Please note its quite noisy street from one side and river from another side in case silence at night matters for you.

the room was very big, the bathroom as well but a little bit outdated. the sauna was clean and the hammam was great as well. location is good, a little bit on the outside but still in walking distance.

you could only reserve the spa for 45minutes, the hotel is right next to a noisy road and there was no possibilities to book a massage during my stay.

Really clean room, super comfortable bed. The hot water in the building comes from the hot springs of Escaldes Engordany, so even if you don't use the SPA... you still get the nice water... Very relaxing. The SPA access is only 2 euros, so bring your swimming clothes!!! The hotel also provides a lot of freebies (tea, soap/lotion,...). Very good value.

Nice hotel. Our room had a wonderful view of the high mountains and the raging mountain river. The breakfasts were delicious and the service in the restaurant was also excellent. It is also very convenient to have a spa and massage in the hotel.

The only thing is that it is far from the parking lot.

I love this hotel;excellent location,1-2 min to the shopping area.It was a very good choice,I booked one night and decided to spend another one.A big thx to Adina,from the front desk who did her best to accommodate and helped us with the parking .The breakfast is very good .We also had dinner here,it was so tasty!The lady who served us,Eva,always with a smile on her face,made us feel like having dinner with friends !

there is nothing to complain about

Comfy bed and excellent location; loved that there was a bath in my room (I stayed here after a multi-day hike).

While it’s lovely to have the river outside, there are falls that make it noisy and hence I couldn’t have the window open at night. Staff were also a little grumpy. Zero information in the room about the hotel spa/facilities. I think they missed a trick!
