I went with my couple and the place was great. Alejandra helped us with a trouble we had in our booking (problem on our own) and we could stayed there for the weekend. She made more than an extra mile to help us and we really appreciate that. Thanks Alejandra! The bed is super comfy, the bathroom is spacey and the installations were super clean. The breakfast have a good relation price/product. We will definitely go back again! (:

Wonderful and comfortable hotel with a great coffee shop right in the centre. Yet, it was quiet at night, and the bed was very comfortable. I especially liked the special touch with sustainable and plastic-free bottles of shower gel and shampoo. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Parking was around the corner on public parking, but apparently, they also have their own with limited spaces, so reserving a spot in advance is recommended.

The hotel is well located, in the main shopping street of the city. There is a cafe in the same reception floor, which is very practical, and a market near by.

I stayed in a single room and I found some hair in the shower in the same day I arrived. I think the cleaning person didn't notice, but it is not something nice to see. Also the room was very hot, even with the heater off. There was a window to the inside of the building which didn't allow some wind to come in.

The hotel is very well located right at the center of Andorra la Vella. Checking in was quick and efficient. The room was clean, comfy and well equipped.

The Wi-Fi signal was quite unstable in the evening. My sleep was interrupted due to the motion-sensing lights from the corridor through the window and the light of the smoke detector. The smoke detector is great for fire safety, but could have been installed elsewhere instead of right above the bed.

the staff was very nice and helpful. the hotel was clean and very close to the shopping areas and Caldea. They have a decent parking arrangement considering you are in the center of town. The toilets were spotless and the beds were very comfortable. the size of the room was very nice, as well as the size of the bathroom.

the walls are so thin you can hear everything that is going on in other rooms. The hosts could show you on a map where to “temporarily” park before the permanent parking arrangement is done.

Staff is professional, fast, rooms are tidy, clean and much bigger than expected. On ground floor is pretty decent restaurant/coffee shop with many breakfast options, wifi, bathroom (good when you wait your travel time).

Rooms could use a refrigerator/mini bar, also i havent noticed an AC control, it was a bit cold in evening ( mid September).

Comfy beds. Plastic free shampoo, big shower space. Location close to Caldea (5 blocks) and city center. Good breakfast options in the hotel's bar. Parking is available (paid) one block away from the hotel. The staff was super nice and available in the reception all day, and they helped us when we needed it. Thank you!

The room was just big enough for the 4 beds. Would have been good to have a few chairs or a small table to socialize or play board games.

I enjoyed pretty much everything. Small room but big enough for one person. There's only one elevator though which could take a while during high season if there are many guests. But since it was low season, I never waited too long. The place is quiet at night. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Bathroom and room in general were both clean. Easy check in and check out. Good location not too far from the bus station.

When taking a shower, the water sprays everywhere and tends to create a puddle on the floor.

The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is amezing. It's near the shopping and the center. I really enjoy. But they don't have the buffet breakfast just the cafe which they not really speak english but we can get through. About the room, for the solo traveller my room has only 1 bed big bathroom and it's really clean.

About the room, for the solo traveller my room has only 1 bed big bathroom with no view. It's has window but the view is inside the building which not very plasent. And also the they dont have glass or spoon for you. So it's really hard for me to drink water without bottle.

The room 303 had a good bed, nice space, quiet, smells good, worked pretty well. The breakfast was not included but they had a lot of good options for a very reasonable price, good bikini (hot sandwich with cheese and ham), good omelet and coffee.

The shower is half open so you have to do a very good effort to not wet the entire bathroom
